Approved Log Health phase and rebound cycle Log

Week 6 Health/Rebound
Current weight 83.5 kgish
Calories/Macros 2800ish cals++, 270P, 300C, 60F
Cardio 20 min brisk morn walks, 2 × interval sessions (Air bike, Elliptical)
S/Supps 250 test E 100 primo ( All @ Buck Pharma- only the best!) 3 GH
Meds/Mitos SLUPP332 10mg x 2, 1.5mg Reta, 20mg telmisartan, 5mg cialis
Working with @Gainsman and @buck

I was back at work this week after 2 weeks off, now only doing 20 min walk every morn as I prioritise sleep over steps, to compensate slightly walk is at a much quicker pace (6kmhr+, inc2+), also get a heap more NEAT being back at work aswell. Also just doing the 2 interval cardio sessions a week now.

Reta has been backed off a touch from 2mg a week to 1.5mg, will slowly taper off as I transition into more of a gaining phase....will think about keeping it in at a low dose for its health benefits....we will see. Telmisartan has also been dropped from 40 to 20mg, will keep an eye on blood pressure and bump back up if necessary.

Spoke with the coach today and will do another set of bloods next week, if everything is where it should be we will kick things up a notch and commence a serious gaining phase. My man @Buck Pharmaceuticals has already sorted me with more than enough gear, so looking forward to putting it all to good use!

Here's a couple recent pics.

u shredded, abs are hard legend

@Grumpy1 @abolone @koba @gar71 @BSS @Ohdamn

Honestly not feeling "lean or shredded" at all these days.....prep has messed with my head lol
We are our worst enemy's what we see in the mirror is often not what others see

Alright, bloods done yesterday and results in already! (How good is i-medical, simply no excuse not to stay on top of bloods in this day an age). Results are good and as expected, the few things that were a touch out are now back in range, especially happy to see my out of the ordinary CRP drop from 8.41 back down to 0.59. Only things still a touch out are ALT/AST which is pretty standard for me, both floating around the mid 50's. Now that bloods are confirmed good, sleep is good, HR and BP in range it's time to officially end the health phase and move into a focussed growth phase (I'm so excited haha).

Plan is for a moderate boost to PEDS, no need to push them hard yet as I've been doing pretty well in the gym already, once progress stalls though we can bump up some more. Here's what I'm starting with (pinned daily)

450 test
150 eq
100 deca
(All thanks to my man @Buck Pharmaceuticals )

Still running GH at between 3.3 and 4 (depending on the kit).

Here's growth phase starting pics, was 84.5kg this morn after having some snacking issues this week.....time to reign that shit in so I can gain for as long as possible.

I'll update the log later this weekend with diet and training lay out.

Alright as promised here's my training plan

MON cardio and abs

TUE Back, bis, rear delts

WED chest, tri, delts

THUR quads, hams, calves

FRI cardio and abs

SAT delts, chest, back

SUN bis, tris, quad, hams, calve

Every morn I also get some fasted steps or light cardio in.

Training wise all my body parts get between 2 and 4 exercises at each session, I do 2 to 3 progressively heavier feeder sets and one all out top set - that's the only 1 I track. Volume wise it's pretty low, but at 46 years old I find doing any more volume messes with my joints and recovery. As long as I'm able to progress my lifts consistently I'll be happy.

Diet wise my base meal plan is 2800 cals but I've been snacking a bit lately on top of that so may increase to 3000 and hopefully put an end to the binging. If I'm going to be taking in extra cals I may aswell add them into the plan and ensure they are "clean" cals.

Anyway I've got some food to prep and a work out in a few hours so I'll leave the update at that for now.

Two or three progressively heavier feeder sets into one all out set is what makes a seven day split survivable, swing past my log and say gday when you get a sec.

Yeah 2 of the days are just abs and cardio to be fair but yeah you got to manage volume and intensity carefully if trying to run a split like mine. I'm heading off to check your log now.
