Approved Log 2026 Bodybuilding Growth Phase Cycle Log

First post on here, have been lurking on and off before posting. Love seeing all the positivity on here.

Started training when I was 14 when I had zero muscle and wasn't very consistently with it. Started taking bodybuilding/competing seriously back in 2021/2022 season and haven't looked back.

Currently in my second growth phase since competing in two shows back in September last year. Up 12.5kgs from stage weight still holding good condition with insulin sensitivity still being very high. Competed in the under 80s open and now making a move to the under 90s category to compete at the end of 2027; 2 years of growing to add 8-10kg of stage weight. Currently 92.5kgs with 8 weeks left of this growth phase to get to around 95kg with similar condition.

Training day cals: 3,895
Rest day cals: 3,470
Steps: 10k
Cardio: x2 20mins/week treadmill @ 130bpm

Current cycle:
  • 600 mast e
  • 400mg test e
  • 140mg NPP
  • 5iu GH
Current training split is upper focused: Mon - biceps/legs, Tues - rest, Wed - Chest/Back, Thurs - delts/arms, Fri - Rest, Sat - Back/Delts, Sun - Chest/Tris

Check ins are weekly and daily data tracked/logged also.

Weekly check in from this past Tuesday 🎯 Weighed in at 92.5kgs @ 5'6".

Training performance is flying due to the better sleep I’m getting. Feel like I could do two training sessions a day.

Happy days as training day food increased to 4003 cals + PEDs increased.

Current meal plan:
M1:
100g cream of rice
10g dark chocolate
100g banana
35g whey
x1 LCM Treatz Bar
20g dates

M2:
130g rice (raw weight)
150g chicken
125g mixed veg
50g spinach
20g sultanas
100g apple
x1 Ktime bar

M3:
115g rice bubbles
100g blueberries
40g whey
10g almond butter

M4:
150g lean beef mince
130g rice
50g spinach
125g zucchini
100g pineapple

M5:
100g cream of rice
50g blueberries
40g whey
20g almond butter
Dutch cinnamon

Salt intake is 12g. Water at 6/7 litres.

PEDs 🧬 upped slightly:
750g Mast E
450g Test E
140 NPP
6iu HGH

x1 extra cardio session added with steps to remain at 10k daily.

Big push these next 8 weeks to 96kg with similar condition.
