Cable flies: 2 x 15 45kg
B/b shoulder press: 2 x 8 70kg
D/b lat raises: 2 x 12 22.25kg
Just getting back into full strength so not going to crazy but will head back to the gym later for some cardio

I’ll also shout out to the annoying teenagers for taking all the machines at the gym while on their phone but at least they are at the gym haha.

Lat pull-down 3 x 120kg for 12 reps
B/b bent over rows 3 x 8 at 100kg
B/B bench press 3 x 8 140kg
D/b flies 3 x 12 32.5kg
Nice heavy session tonight. Packed gym but love the atmosphere at night. Time to eat and recover as I have legs in the morning.

Up early for a Sunday and time to smash some legs. It’s week 11 of growth phase but 3 of those I was sick and it stopped my progress a bit bit we power on. I’ll check in with my legend coach @Swcc this week to see our next steps.
Leg day. Slightly different than normal. Just wanted to mix it up a bit today.
Superset:
Leg extension: 45kg
Laying leg curls: 64kg

B/B squats: 100kg
Walking lunges: 20kg plate
4 x 12
Stepper 15 mins level 8.
That was actually a crazy hard workout. Not a bad way to start the day.

I also put in 600mg l-carnitine thanks to my coach @Swcc who is a star.

seated row: 120kg 3 x 6-8
Seated chest press: 118kg 3 x 6
B/b incline press: 115kg 3 x 6
d/b lat raises: 22.25kg 3 x 12

B/b bicep curls: 45kg 3 x 10
weighted dips: 40kg 3 x 10
Solid 50 min workout today. not off to have my post workout meal of 200g cream of rice, 180g oats and 40g WPI (chocolate).
