Approved Log Cruise and rebound Cycle Training Log

Firstly wanna kick this off by thanking @goldstandard labs, @RGSX and @RegenexPharma for taking me on board for this log.

Current stats:
Bw:87
Age: 25
Height: 178cm

In regards to training I have a current split which I will outline as I run through the sessions. Reasoning for not fully posting up now is I’m moving gyms and have engaged a coach as a lot of the equipment is highly adjustable and it’s easier to let them do the leg work so I can stop paralysis by analysis. I will fully post the updated programming up. Even split wise I’m unsure what he’s thinking so will be interesting to share with the Ef fam. Training has been awesome and numbers keep progressing.

In my current phase I’m going through a cruise. Will be quite a long term cruise as I go to Europe in 14 weeks for a total of 5 weeks. I came off a push up and makes sense to hit it hard once I’m back and not travel with elevated hormones as I’m doing a few countries and can’t freely fly gear around. I plan to run test mast and primo upon my return but for now my outlined stack is below.

Test e- 125 gold standard
Primo e- 125 gold standard
Clen- 60mcg previous vendor
Slu pp- 2.5mg fasted. 2.5mg pre
Mots c- 1mg daily fasted
Meth blue- 10mg fasted
Igf 1- 50mcg pre workout
Novo rapid- 4iu pre, 4iu post
Reta- .5mg x2 per week
Gh- 5iu pre bed daily

Nutrition-
Been dropping cals and almost just at a maintainance level currently. But bodyfat has dropped while weight stays static. Good result in my books. Will drop a small bit and go a tad more aggressive possibly 12 weeks out. Then maintaining for last 8 weeks pre trip! Macros are static daily outside of dropping an intra workout on my non training days.

Cals: 3.2k

Solid setup bro! cruise into the Europe trip makes sense and you’re clearly dialed in with food and progression. Interested to see how the new programming shapes up once the coach sets it.

Unfortunately been down last few days with a cold so training hasn’t been on. Thinking it’s the rapid changing season here. Just resting up in bed and giving myself plenty time to ensure recovery is on point. Will give a training update once I’m back to it

Afternoon brothers apologies for the radio silence. Had come off a week of sickness and then just started a new job so been absolutely smashed haven’t really trained but diet has been good. Joining my new gym tomorrow and getting the journey started. Can’t wait to showcase my progress. Will take fasted physique shots tomorrow to showcase where I’m at

Had a bad run with training but can’t wait to run this block hard for the next 13 weeks until my holiday. Will update my training on holiday too but will be twice a week full body instead.
