Current cycle -> Minicut tidy up
250gm Test E Per week pinned daily

7iu GH Daily
1mg Retatrutide Mon/Thurs (Rest Days)

Current Pharma Meds
5mg Cialis daily
8mg empagliflozin
20mg Telmisartan

Just got some bloods back that look really good considering just coming off the push. Will post them up later today

Plans for the next push phase still to be finalised with my coach.
Hoping that we will be able to push well into the 100kg range while staying relatively tight.


Will be implementing
2mg mots c
2mg of ss31 daily when my carepackage from @War Born Peptides arrives.

This will continue into the push
