3 Weeks Out Update @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight hit 117.4kg for check in on friday, now down to 116.4. No major adjustments nutrition-wise besides a big 600g carb high day on Monday for legs — which was absolutely incredible. Hunger is definitely starting to ramp up now, and I’m really beginning to feel the deficit both mentally and physically. Fatigue is creeping in, but I’m still feeling incredibly grateful for this process. Every day is just ticking boxes, doing the thing I love, and getting closer to show day. Feeling very blessed to be in a position to do this every single day and have the support of everyone here, the Raptor Labs team and all of my close and loved ones in my immediate circle.

Drug Adjustments
We’ve pulled back some of the injectables, increased orals slightly, and pushed lipolytics a little higher:

  • Test: 450mg (down from 500mg)
  • EQ: 400mg (down from 500mg)
  • Primo: 850mg (down from 1000mg)
  • Anavar: 60mg (up from 40mg)
  • Clen: 120mcg (up from 100mcg)
  • 5-Amino: 200mg (up from 150mg)
  • SLU-PP-332: introduced
  • T3: still 25mcg
  • HGH: 8iu generic fasted AM
  • Supportive supps still in as usual
Other Adjustments

  • Salt: 7g daily
  • Water: 4.5L daily
  • Training: dropped back to 4 days per week (to help manage fatigue and recovery)
Nutrition

  • Training Days: 285P / 230C / 60F
  • Non-Training Days: 285P / 120C / 60F
  • High Day: 285P / 600C / 55F
All in all, feeling very good. Condition is shifting hard now, new lows almost daily, and my body is drying out and tightening right up.
@PassiveHulk bro good cycle but if you add tren over primo would make it a manly stack. i don't like primo. good that you drying out though

@passivebulk great updates man........

Lets go bro cannot wait!! So happy for you dude, and can't wait to the day you turn pro man!!

Thanks heaps for sharing this log

Close to 260lbs is BIG
Thank you brother! I appreciate it

@PassiveHulk this is a really good job on the steroids. pushing some good numbers. i really like the mix of gear you put together but i would consider transitioning t3/clen to glp1's at some point
Running retatrutide at 1mg per week at the moment, they also all do inherently different things to support lipolysis so will definitely continue running them up until coach recommends we pull them out to carb load

you are looking terrific! I love the different posing that you're doing. And I love that you drop down your dosing a little bit. That's smart.
Thank you so much man! I think so, no point pushing large quantities of injectables while oxidative stress management is more important than muscle accrual and I have orals and tren in there doing the primary bulk of the muscle retention job so happy with the stack design
Thank you for the posing compliment, I take inspiration and was taught by the best @King odyssey

@PassiveHulk bro good cycle but if you add tren over primo would make it a manly stack. i don't like primo. good that you drying out though
I forgot to add it lol hahaha I'm on 70mg of tren sorry I forgot to add it to the list as the dosage hasn't changed since it went in

your progress is dumb, so quick, so good, looking fucking incredible always blown away at how quickly you get things moving along
Thank you so much my good sir, body is moving along nicely! Couldn't be doing it without you and the team at Raptor ♥️

Definitely going to place i can see it snd feel it seeing these update photos 💪
Thank you so much brother, I really hope so but what will be will be, I am just excited to get back onstage

Lets go bro cannot wait!! So happy for you dude, and can't wait to the day you turn pro man!!

Thanks heaps for sharing this log
Thank you so much brother, it could be many years away but health be willing I will get there!

Thank you to everyone else for your kind words also ♥️

2 Weeks Out Update @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight & Progress
Photos from Friday morning were at 115.4kg, and now I’m sitting at 113.9kg as of this morning. The body is absolutely flying right now, dropping consistently, and I’m hitting new lows almost every day. At this rate, I honestly expect to see around 110kg (or maybe even a touch lower) prior to carb-up, especially because I flatten out hard during depletion. Really curious to see what that look is like next week!

Plan Adjustments
No major changes this week, just a couple of additions:

  • Halotestin: 10mg daily
  • Nolvadex: 10mg daily
  • Nutrition: 4 low days this week to really harden up and get the last bit of fat off. We may run a high day towards the end of the week if needed to slow the drop and avoid flattening out too much — once I flatten, it takes multiple continuous high days to fill back out.
Training Reflections
This is the first week I’ve noticed a big drop in training drive and strength. The deficit is definitely hitting now. We’re not chasing new PBs at this stage, so it’s all about maintaining performance and execution — which is still solid.

  • Strength: Holding relatively well, but mentally it’s all discipline now.
  • Joints: No pain or tightness, everything is moving well. Some extra cracking/popping in elbows during posing and pressing (my elbows have never been great), but with proper warm-ups and feeder sets, zero actual issues.
Appetite & Hunger
Through the roof this week. Retatrutide isn’t really touching the sides anymore, which is expected at this stage. The difference from last prep is huge though — I remember feeling like this at 10 weeks out last time, and now it’s only 2 weeks out and I’m leaner, harder, and much further ahead.

Condition Thoughts
I’m confident the look will be massively improved from last time. I don’t think I’ll be absolutely peeled for this first show, but I will be in very good condition and a clear step up from before.

Health & Recovery
Got bloodwork done this morning to check markers, especially liver health with Halo now in the mix (last labs in May had some concerns). Expecting them to look a little rough being so close to show, but hoping what we’ve put in place since then has helped limit the damage.

  • Cardiovascular health feels amazing — least puffed out and fittest I’ve felt in years.
  • Sleep: Still waking multiple times overnight to piss, so naps are on the cards. Interestingly, I took my CPAP mask off this morning and had zero issues napping without it.
Mindset
Despite the hunger and fatigue, I feel calm, focused, and honestly grateful to be doing this. All in all, feeling great! Feeling grateful to do what I get to do, living the life of my dreams and executing to a high standard every single day with prep and work and maintaining such a healthy happy relationship has made all the difference in the world to my mental state. I am calm, not stressed and feeling good every day I wake up (albeit hungry and tired but that's all part of the fun).

TIME TO CLOSE OFF THIS LAST BIT OF FAT LOSS AND GET ONSTAGE FOR FIRST SHOW IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!

Training Notes:
Strength is holding well. Currently training in an awesome new gym with some incredible old-school Nautilus equipment, which I’m absolutely loving. The only downside is the CNS adaptation period—probably not the most ideal time for it this close to show—but honestly, the mental relief of not chasing old numbers has been huge. Early prep strength was so ridiculous that the progression targets were getting almost impossible to hit, so it feels refreshing to work on new equipment. I’m already excited for the offseason with access to this quality kit!

I agree man definitely, different mechanism of action though and tbh I am a big fan of Clen, if I was already peeled and hadn't needed too leverage so much assistance to get the fat off I probably would have preferred to stick to Reta alone but Clen is still great

Thank you so much brother! Absolutely could not agree more, literally a fkn wonder drug and honestly it's the only thing I've really adjusted/put in that could have caused such a dramatic improvement in all systemic health markers in bloodwork so I am a big fan!
Thank you boss man, very excited to showcase what we've put together!

We honestly couldn't have picked a better team if we tried brother, we blessed
I couldn't have been happier to be picked for such an amazing team brother I am the blessed one! Thank you so much @Raptor Labs for always doing SO much to support us and help us all achieve our goals ♥️

1 Week Out Update @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

I am FLAT. Checked in at 113.0kg this morning. This week has been a real grinder, to be completely honest. Motivation is at an all-time low, but every single box is still being ticked. Strength has surprisingly held okay, but every set absolutely buries me—by the end of each session, I’m wrecked.

Had check-in with the coach this morning and he was happy with the look. Big dry-out after the 600g carb day yesterday—little top-up of carbs tightened me up visually, but no big increase in fullness and no spill whatsoever. Based on that, we’ve adjusted the plan coming into peak week:

  • Normally I’d run two low days over the weekend, but coach wants training-day calories to give me a little top-up before depletion.
  • Running 285P / 230C / 60F for the next two days.
  • No zero-carb days now—I’m already incredibly flat—so depletion training will be used instead.
  • Low-day calories for depletion will look like 285P / 120C / 60F (may increase fats slightly for intramuscular triglyceride storage via fat loading, but undecided).
  • Carb load strategy is TBD—we’re checking in daily and making adjustments based on real-time visual changes.
Honestly feeling really good about the package. I know I’m just flat, and dropping so quickly that the little bit of body fat left on glutes and lower abs should come in this week.

Drug Changes

  • Last injection of test, EQ, and primobolan today.
  • MOTS-C and Reta have been out since last weekend.
  • Still running all orals:
    • 120mcg clen
    • 200mg 5-amino 1MQ
    • 1mg SLU PP332 split into 2 doses
    • Halo increased from 10mg → 20mg (3 days ago after assessing bloodwork from Monday)
    • Anavar 60mg
    • T3 25mcg

Getting really excited for the post-comp reverse. I know we’ve added a good amount of tissue earlier in prep, and I can’t wait to fill back out and get training performance back. I’ve also decided to start working with a new coach post-show as my current coach is stepping away to focus on other businesses. Super pumped to get GROWING.

Competition Reflections - Sauced by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

This weekend I competed in the super heavyweight division with the NPC, and I wanted to run through my post-show thoughts and reflections on the weekend, peak week, and the prep as a whole.

Peak Week Recap

  • Depletion phase:
    • 4 days of full-body depletion training (Mon–Thurs).
    • 3 sets per muscle group per day.
    • Macros: 285 protein / 205 carbs / 60 fat.
    • Added an extra ~85g carbs over those days because I was so flat, even after two high days the weekend prior.
  • Fluid & sodium: escalated intake by ~⅓ every couple of days.
  • Loading:
    • Friday: 800g carbs → barely touched the sides, still flat.
    • Saturday: 700g carbs (cut off carbs, water, sodium by 4pm).
    • Still flat, posing connection was off, and a dodgy primo shot in my right shoulder from the week prior made hitting poses awkward.
    • Added a final 150g dry carbs Saturday night with no fats and minimal fluid.
    • Show day: another 300g carbs spread out over ~8 hours before stepping onstage.

Show Day Issues

Unfortunately, a tan mishap backstage threw things off:

  • I was pulled aside before I could carb, sodium and pump up to redo my tan.
  • By the time I returned, the tan was still wet → I couldn’t down my 1L water, 3g salt, electrolytes, and 100g carb powder as planned.
  • Missed most of my pump-up besides a couple of bicep reps.
  • Went onstage for comparisons super flat, matte, and without oil.
  • I was able to oil up and finish my drink before my routine, which looked better, but honestly still not my best.
  • Physique finally started to come to life after we came offstage — frustrating timing. I have included pics from 10 mins post stage below.
Overall, it was a slightly disappointing stage showing for me if I’m being blunt. But I learnt a lot, and it will make the next peak far better and it motivates and drives me harder and only gets me more excited to take on the next show. Looking back at the photos from ~10 minutes after stage, I’m much happier with that look but upon reflection I think we could have pushed food much harder or potentially even just kept sodium and water in (low even but still present).

Reflections

This weekend made something very clear:

  • I have the shape and structure.
  • If I came in truly bursting full, I may have held my own better and even pushed into a placing.
  • But the reality is, I just need more muscle density, especially through the upper body. My long limbs need more filling out.
With that in mind, I’ve decided to pull out of Nationals and start my offseason sooner. I just need more time and muscle to chase a pro card either in Season A 2027, or possibly even in 12 months depending on how the next year goes.

Coaching Transition

I am no longer working with my coach from this prep — not because of issues with prep/peak (prep was flawlessly executed and absolutely awesome; peak was simply missed due to show circumstances and exercising caution to ensure I didn't spill), but because he is stepping away from coaching to focus on his other businesses. I will always love and respect that man more than I could ever possibly explain and there is no part of this that is in any way his fault and had I stuck to doing Nationals I think we could have brought a far, far improved package but the reality of needing more muscle is just too apparent.

Moving forward:

  • Nutrition will now be managed by @Poprox
  • Training, pharmacology, and health monitoring I will map myself (training was all I maintained during prep), while keeping Poprox in the loop for perspective and feedback, since I hold his opinion in the absolute highest regard and am beyond excited to have him overseeing my progress and decision making moving forward.

Looking Ahead

I am so fucking excited to start this improvement season.

  • Locked in, motivated, and ready to make every single day count.
  • I’ve already mapped out my training and pharmacology for the next 12 months (pending bloodwork review).
  • The plan supports a pivot into prep earlier if we decide to.
This is just the beginning. We will be working hard to ensure the package I bring next time will be undeniable.

Some pics below from the days leading into show and some from 10 minutes post show and a gym and leg shot from the following day post injection of post show burgers fries and a tonne of water and electrolytes, potentially arguably a bit harder, drier and fuller.

This is just the beginning. We will be working hard to ensure the package I bring next time will be undeniable.

Some pics below from the days leading into show and some from 10 minutes post show and a gym and leg shot from the following day post injection of post show burgers fries and a tonne of water and electrolytes, potentially arguably a bit harder, drier and fuller.
what a great job on this one man. the pics are amazing @PassiveHulk You are a champion as far as I'm concerned.

OFFSEASON WEEK 1 proudly supported and sauced by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep — best team out.

Reflections on Nationals
After nationals, we made the call to pull out of this season. The show highlighted just how big the super heavyweights truly are. Even without the backstage tan mishap (which left me unable to pump up, with minimal carbs, fluid, and sodium), I still would’ve been outsized through the upper body. Those boys were absolutely massive, and it really put into perspective the work that needs to be done.

That said, I’m grateful for the experience. It lit a fire under me like nothing else — I’ve never been more motivated or disciplined. Every aspect of this next chapter will be treated with the same intent and precision as a prep.

New Coaching Direction
I’ve now asked @Poprox on board to steer the ship with my nutrition. He takes over from my previous coach, who has shifted his focus to other businesses. I owe everything to that man — the bodybuilder, coach, and person I am today wouldn’t exist without his guidance, support, and belief in me. Eternally grateful for all he’s poured into me, but also incredibly excited about the fresh perspective Poprox brings to the table.

Plan Moving Forward
We’ve set our sights on Season A 2027:

  • 12 months of hard growth to become a true competitive super heavy
  • 6 months of pre-prep and prep
  • A vastly denser, more complete upper body coming to the stage
The goal is to make undeniable progress. Every day counts.

Expectations for the Growth Phase
The aim this offseason is to stay far leaner — no more than +15–20kg from stage weight. This will help maintain insulin sensitivity and control aromatase activity, ensuring we can push food and recovery without blunting performance or conditioning.

Food will be increased exclusively to fuel and increase training performance and recovery, not to chase scale weight. The focus is on breaking training plateaus and building a lot of tissue in all the right areas — particularly the upper body — to stand next to those super heavies in 2027 with a complete, undeniably improved package.

Current Reverse Macros
Training Days → 285P / 650C / 50F
Rest Days → 285P / 550C / 60F
Water → 5L
Steps → 10,000
Cardio → 0 this week (2x HIIT rolling in from this weekend)

Current PEDs (taken daily)

  • Test E: 30mg
  • EQ: 50mg
  • HGH: 8iu (split across 2 dosages)
  • Retatrutide: 250mcg
  • BPC-157: 250mcg
  • 5-amino 1mq: 150mg (split across 3 dosages)
  • SLU PP332: 1g (split across 2 dosages)
  • MOTS-C: 2mg (awaiting delivery)
  • Injectable Glutathione: 400mg (split across 2 dosages)

Current Supplementation (taken daily)

  • Telmisartan 80mg
  • Nebivolol 5mg
  • Vitamin C 1000mg
  • Vitamin D3 2000iu
  • Citrus Bergamot 2000mg
  • CoQ10 300mg
  • AXIS by Driven Nutrition (1 serve, split across 3 dosages)
  • NAC 600mg
  • Fish oil 1500mg EPA/DHA total (split across 3 dosages)
  • Magnesium Glycinate 1500mg (split across 3 dosages)
  • Taurine 1000mg
  • TUDCA 2000mg (split across 2 dosages)
  • Aspirin 100mg
  • L-Citrulline 8g (split across 2 dosages)
  • Caffeine 200–600mg depending on the day

Closing Thoughts
The body’s already chewing through food, really filling back out glycogen stores, health metrics are improving bar a little increase in BP from the rapid weight gain which will improve when cardio rolls back in, and I can just feel the fatigue is falling away. This is just the beginning of the road to becoming a true super heavy and I could not be more excited.

Check-in photos from yesterday morning — 120.1kg (stage weight 114.1kg)

Week 3 Offseason Update
Fasted weight: 122.1kg

Current Reflections

Things have been tracking absolutely phenomenally. Training feels incredible, recovery is next-level, and I feel strong, explosive, and locked in across all sessions. Diet has been nailed outside of one small slip (half a packet of Pods last week), but otherwise everything has been perfectly on point.

What’s been especially interesting this reverse is seeing how predictable and well-managed my physique is when every single variable is tightly controlled—food, fluid, electrolytes, training—all logged down to the milligram. Compared to the big rebound blowout after my last show, this time health markers are excellent, edema is nonexistent, fluid retention is minimal (super dry this week), and overall I’m genuinely feeling amazing.

Key Adjustments & Health Observations

The biggest difference has been religiously tracking sodium intake. In the past I always pushed sodium high (20g+ added pink salt per day at peak offseason), which left me bloated and messy. This time I’ve restricted sodium heavily while pushing potassium intake up, and the impact has been massive:

  • Blood pressure is the best it’s ever been.
  • Fluid retention is minimal—even running 8–9iu GH.
  • No carpal tunnel or hand pain (previously couldn’t handle even 4iu GH without symptoms).
This change has me optimistic for longevity in bodybuilding. BP was always my biggest concern, and I worried my career as a bodybuilder would be on the shorter side due to this health concern. But managing sodium/potassium balance properly makes me confident I can sustain the push for muscle tissue this offseason while keeping health markers solid and longevity in the sport as a bodybuilder and not just a coach will hopefully be significantly better.

Coach Check-In & Next Steps

Coach was extremely happy with the look shift this week: heavier, bigger, yet leaner, harder, and more vascular. Bloodwork was done Monday, and the markers came back in great shape, especially considering the stress of prep and PED exposure. With that confidence, we made the decision to push back on cycle to capitalise on the post-show growth phase.

Nutrition

  • Training days: 285P / 650C / 50F
  • Rest days: 285P / 550C / 60F
  • Meals: 1 off-plan meal every Saturday night (date with the missus), optional clean off-plan post training day (on a muscle group needing improvement) if needed (haven’t felt the need yet besides yesterday indulged in a couple of sourdough doughnuts post arms and traps).

PEDs Protocol

  • Test E: 300mg
  • EQ: 1200mg (highest I’ve ever run—pushing EQ high while keeping test lower to drive E2 down and eliminate aromasin; starting at a 1:4 ratio with the plan to titrate up and adjust ratio based on bloodwork)
  • GH: 8iu daily (split AM/PM; trialed 9–10iu briefly last week but reverted to 8iu to stay rational, not emotional particularly considering pushing androgen load)
  • Insulin: None at present (sensitivity is extremely high, natural hypo the other night post-workout meal; fasting BG 3.5–4.5 mmol/L, never above 7 mmol/L even after 200+ carb meals)

Supplementation (relatively unchanged from last update)

  • Retatrutide 1.5mg (split 3x weekly)
  • BPC-157 250mcg daily
  • 5-Amino-1MQ 150mg (split 3x daily)
  • SLU PP332 1g (split 2x daily)
  • MOTS-C 10mg (split 3x weekly)
  • Telmisartan 80mg daily
  • Nebivolol 5mg daily
  • Vitamin C 1000mg daily
  • Vitamin D3 2000iu daily
  • Citrus Bergamot 2000mg daily
  • CoQ10 300mg daily
  • AXIS (Driven Nutrition) – 3x serves dosed daily
  • NAC 600mg daily
  • Fish Oil (1500mg EPA/DHA total, split 3x daily)
  • Magnesium Glycinate 1500mg (split 3x daily)
  • Taurine 1000mg daily
  • TUDCA 2000mg (split 2x daily)
  • Aspirin 100mg daily
  • L-Citrulline 8g (split 2x daily)
  • Caffeine 300–600mg depending on the day

Closing Thoughts

Right now I feel awesome—big, lean, and ready to grow. This is the most dialled in I’ve ever been, and I’m beyond excited to see what we can create this growth phase. The plan is to keep food stable, only escalating if training progress stalls, with adjustments driven by performance and recovery rather than chasing a scale weight.

Every variable is locked in. Every day counts. Time to fkn grow.

Time to fkn grow.
bro you look tight in pics. showing how it's done for sure. strong iron training @PassiveHulk

Nutrition

  • Training days: 285P / 650C / 50F
  • Rest days: 285P / 550C / 60F
  • Meals: 1 off-plan meal every Saturday night (date with the missus), optional clean off-plan post training day (on a muscle group needing improvement) if needed (haven’t felt the need yet besides yesterday indulged in a couple of sourdough doughnuts post arms and traps).

PEDs Protocol

  • Test E: 300mg
  • EQ: 1200mg (highest I’ve ever run—pushing EQ high while keeping test lower to drive E2 down and eliminate aromasin; starting at a 1:4 ratio with the plan to titrate up and adjust ratio based on bloodwork)
  • GH: 8iu daily (split AM/PM; trialed 9–10iu briefly last week but reverted to 8iu to stay rational, not emotional particularly considering pushing androgen load)
  • Insulin: None at present (sensitivity is extremely high, natural hypo the other night post-workout meal; fasting BG 3.5–4.5 mmol/L, never above 7 mmol/L even after 200+ carb meals)

Supplementation (relatively unchanged from last update)

  • Retatrutide 1.5mg (split 3x weekly)
  • BPC-157 250mcg daily
  • 5-Amino-1MQ 150mg (split 3x daily)
  • SLU PP332 1g (split 2x daily)
  • MOTS-C 10mg (split 3x weekly)
  • Telmisartan 80mg daily
  • Nebivolol 5mg daily
  • Vitamin C 1000mg daily
  • Vitamin D3 2000iu daily
  • Citrus Bergamot 2000mg daily
  • CoQ10 300mg daily
  • AXIS (Driven Nutrition) – 3x serves dosed daily
  • NAC 600mg daily
  • Fish Oil (1500mg EPA/DHA total, split 3x daily)
  • Magnesium Glycinate 1500mg (split 3x daily)
  • Taurine 1000mg daily
  • TUDCA 2000mg (split 2x daily)
  • Aspirin 100mg daily
  • L-Citrulline 8g (split 2x daily)
  • Caffeine 300–600mg depending on the day

Closing Thoughts

Right now I feel awesome—big, lean, and ready to grow. This is the most dialled in I’ve ever been, and I’m beyond excited to see what we can create this growth phase. The plan is to keep food stable, only escalating if training progress stalls, with adjustments driven by performance and recovery rather than chasing a scale weight.

Every variable is locked in. Every day counts. Time to fkn grow.
@PassiveHulk looking incredible bro!

Notes on Digestion & Food Choices
The majority of my carbohydrate intake continues to come from cereal and bread. I still can’t tolerate rice or any rice-based product without severe digestive issues (bloating, distension, pain, and loose stools), so cereal and bread has become my go-to. It digests seamlessly, fuels training perfectly, and keeps me consistent with intake.

Right now, digestion is in an excellent place. Every single meal sits well, I enjoy eating every part of my plan, and I genuinely look forward to food each day. Having this level of enjoyment and consistency makes adherence effortless and progression that much smoother.

OFFSEASON WEEK 5 UPDATE (fuelled by the GOAT @Raptor Labs and supported by @Raptor Rep 💪 ♥️)

8.10.25:
125.1kg fasted (photos attached are from this date prior to getting a bit sick)

13.10.25:
124.7kg fasted

General Overview

First week and a half on the new dosages, and overall I’m feeling really, really good. Strength and performance have been absolutely flying with some huge progressions in the gym and the pumps have been insane. Outside of training, I’ve felt mostly amazing and super locked into the process, although I’ve noticed a few mild side effects creeping in — mainly a little irritability and a noticeably lower sex drive which I thought was interesting.

This lines up pretty well with my most recent bloodwork, which showed testosterone levels on the lower side for still building up from the first couple weeks out of prep at 27nmol and 800 free. I suspect this is due to pulling test in peak week and the EQ being run so high right out of the gate whilst I had low oestrogen from peak week, eq potentially also occupying some of the androgen receptors and somewhat suppressing the impact of the test. Will be discussing this with coach at Wednesday’s check-ins and may need to push test slightly to restore some more androgen load.

Cycle Adjustments

  • Testosterone Enanthate: 300mg/week (unchanged, may increase pending check-in)
  • Equipoise: 1200mg/week (continuing high push phase)
  • NPP: 70mg EOD (added to assist with elbow irritation that’s been lingering since prep)
  • HGH: 8iu daily (split AM/PM)
  • Insulin: None (holding off – sensitivity still extremely high)
  • Retatrutide: ~1mg per week total, split between 3–4 ad hoc doses depending on appetite
  • BPC-157: 1mg daily (increased to assist with elbow)
  • TB-500: 1mg daily (increased to assist with elbow)
  • 5-Amino 1MQ: 100mg daily (split over two doses)
  • MOTS-C: 1mg daily

Nutrition Update

  • Training Days: 285P / 690C / 50F
  • Rest Days: 285P / 575C / 60F
Food has been increased slightly, with carbs pushed up on both training and rest days. Digestion remains phenomenal — food is sitting perfectly, energy is stable, and no bloating or discomfort at all.

Training and Recovery

Training has been absolutely electric. Every session feels explosive, strength is climbing rapidly, and recovery between sessions has been incredible. The addition of NPP has already made a noticeable difference with joint comfort — particularly around the elbow, which was flaring up a bit post-show with the strength rebound. Despite the workload increase and higher intensity, recovery markers remain excellent.

Unfortunately, I did fall a bit under the weather with a bad cold/flu over the past couple of days, but hopefully nothing major, just a short setback that’ll pass quickly.

Reflections on High-Dose EQ

Running EQ this high has been an interesting experience. In the gym, it’s genuinely one of the best compounds I’ve ever used, strength progressions, pumps, and muscular endurance are all next-level. Outside of the gym, however, I’ve noticed moments of being slightly flat, somewhat overstimulated, and occasionally more stressed or easily overwhelmed. Hard to say whether that’s purely EQ-related or more to do with current business stress and workload, but it’s something I’m mindful of and working on. In general though, this is the best training has ever felt, and this is of absolutely paramount importance to me and the love of the process and progression of the process too in my opinion so honest review so far EQ is absolutely amazing at higher dosages but I am keen to push the testosterone up as I feel this will improve a lot of facets of the cycle structure.

So with that being said, most of the time I’m feeling incredible — motivated, clear, and beyond focused on the process. This phase is just beginning to take shape, and I can already feel it’s going to be something special.

You look huge in the pics, full and lean for offseason with real roundness through chest and delts bro
training output and recovery are dialed in perfectly and the 8iu GH plus NPP are clearly showing in that fullness hella good look

Thank you so much bro, I am really happy with this look, this is the best I have ever looked in my opinion. I am hoping to hold close to this condition whole offseason, we'll only be making food escalations when needed to fuel performance so should be a very productive growth phase!

A very small tweak here and there on the PEDs should fix all issues
Exactly my thoughts too, just need to drive testosterone up a smidge I think

@PassiveHulk seems like you found something that works good for nutrition. keeping carbs lower on rest days. cycling carbs while also increasing fat a touch.

Thank you so much bro, I am really happy with this look, this is the best I have ever looked in my opinion. I am hoping to hold close to this condition whole offseason, we'll only be making food escalations when needed to fuel performance so should be a very productive growth phase!

Exactly my thoughts too, just need to drive testosterone up a smidge I think
100% you look amazing. that is great to hear you feel like its the best you've looked. that is what we want to hear @PassiveHulk

thanks for taking the time to post up the posing pics. you are overall A+ conditioned. and looking super lean too @PassiveHulk

@PassiveHulk seems like you found something that works good for nutrition. keeping carbs lower on rest days. cycling carbs while also increasing fat a touch.
It's the approach I like to use with my clients as well, we want the carb load to drive energy recovery and performance in the gym on training days and then higher fats on rest days where we want them for recovery and health but won't impede gut digestion around training. I love this approach
lovely update my brother and always love reading your thoughts and the process you're going through. Interesting all around and thank you for the effort you put into these updates.

hopefully you're feeling better, you're looking incredible
Thank you so much brother, I find this stuff super interesting and want to share as many details as possible! Thank you for all your help and support and apologise for the delay in posting!

100% you look amazing. that is great to hear you feel like its the best you've looked. that is what we want to hear @PassiveHulk
Thank you brother I am super happy with the look and it's exciting it is only the beginning!
bros you got a lot of potential to push yourself beyond anything. keep healthy though that the key @PassiveHulk As long as you stay healthy you're going to have some amazing results I predict.
Thank you so much brother I appreciate this a lot, this is the focus this offseason to maintain better bloodwork and health metrics as I've seen tremendous difference in how I feel, perform and grow since everything has improved and stress on the physique has dropped off post show

@PassiveHulk you are pushing that EQ hard. its one of those that a lot of guys like to go strong with. i've seen guys push 2K on it
I feel absolutely insane on it in the gym but I am curious to see how I go pushing testosterone up at the same time as at the moment I think the balance is off a little based on how I feel but curious to see how it looks on bloodwork when I get it redone soon! So you've seen 2g plus eq done before? How do they report the progress? I am hoping to get up to close to this if I can manage it and curious to hear other peoples opinions

thanks for taking the time to post up the posing pics. you are overall A+ conditioned. and looking super lean too @PassiveHulk
Thank you so much bro! Really happy with this look

its a real look bro you getting big and lean
Thank you brother!

In general though, this is the best training has ever felt,
Been a while since I checked in brother, but so happy I did and seeing you at your absolute peak atm you unit of a man. Only going to get better from here brother!

OFFSEASON WEEK 6 UPDATE fuelled by the GOAT @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

123.6kg fasted

General Overview

This week’s actually turned out to be a really solid reset after being sick and spending several days out of the gym. I caught up with coach on Wednesday to go through my check-in and discuss the next phase of the plan. Since I’d been running five consecutive rest day macros due to being off training and keeping steps low, I’d started to flatten off a little. Coach approved a full refeed that night to refill glycogen and get me firing again for the return to training the following day.

Safe to say, I made it count — smashed a full HSP (which absolutely slapped), some battered fish, and a packet of Mars Pods (my guilty pleasure). Woke up the next morning a full kilo lighter than check-in day and looking noticeably tighter and fuller.

Cycle Update

Following discussion with coach, we decided to go ahead with the planned escalation to bring testosterone back into a better balance with EQ:

  • Testosterone Enanthate: 525mg/week (increased from 300mg)
  • Equipoise: 1225mg/week
  • NPP: 70mg/week (realised I had this as EOD on previous update this is incorrect I am dosing 0.1ml daily)
  • HGH: 8iu daily (split 4iu AM+PM)
  • Insulin: None
  • Retatrutide: ~1mg weekly (adjusted to split 500mcg 2 times per week)
  • BPC-157: 250mcg daily
  • 5-Amino 1MQ: 100mg daily (split M1 and M3)
  • MOTS-C: 1mg daily (AM)
Everything else remains unchanged from the previous setup.

Nutrition Update

  • Training Days: 285P / 690C / 50F
  • Rest Days: 285P / 575C / 60F
Food stayed steady this week, and digestion continues to be spot-on. Even after the refeed, everything sat perfectly, no bloating, and appetite has come back strong after being sick.

Training and Recovery

Back into the gym the last couple of days, and it feels incredible to be moving weight again. Pumps have been absolutely unreal, strength feels great, and I can tell the week of forced rest has done wonders for overall recovery and joint health. I’m feeling fresh, explosive, and motivated.

This week is about rinsing and repeating — staying consistent, keeping all variables locked in, and letting the added test and food continue driving performance and tissue accrual.

Current Position and Outlook

Sitting just 9kg above stage weight and holding very solid composition — full, round, and tight. The look continues to improve week to week, and the balance between fullness and condition feels spot on for this point in the offseason.

Feeling phenomenal in the gym, recovery is the best it’s ever been, and everything’s trending in the right direction. Very happy with how the body is responding — just excited to keep pushing forward and continue growing from here.

Training Update - fuelled by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Training has been nothing short of phenomenal lately with strength, recovery, and execution all in sync. Every single session has brought progress in one form or another, whether that’s an increase in load, additional reps, or simply improved execution. At this stage, I place execution above all else; it’s the truest marker of progression and control, and the foundation that ensures every rep contributes meaningfully to long-term growth.

Programming for myself continues to be one of the most enjoyable parts of the process. I’ve managed to structure the training week so recovery is perfectly timed — by the time I revisit each muscle group, I’m just perfectly recovered enough to perform at my highest capacity and as I have a truer perspective on my recovery capacity than anyone external it is so easy to make decisions I know will benefit me best. Set volume is being escalated gradually and cautiously, which is allowing strength to build consistently across all lifts without any accumulated fatigue or performance drop-off.

Below is a look at one of my recent posterior sessions from last week:

  • Panatta Adductor: 100 x 16 (4-second eccentrics and 2-second holds in both the lengthened and shortened positions — our gym doesn’t allow gym pins anymore, which is honestly making me consider moving gyms over it)
  • Unilateral Panatta High to Low Row: 80 x 10
  • Panatta Seated Hamstring Curl: 80 x 20 (3-second eccentrics, 1-second pause in the stretch — no gym pin)
  • Chest-Supported T-Bar Row: 90 x 9, back-off 80 x 9
  • Glute Drive: 120kg x 21
  • Romanian Deadlift: 160kg x 14
  • Rope Hammer Cable Curl: 145 x 18
I’m still refining some of my working weights across a few lifts. Some of the progressions have been so significant that I’ve ended up well outside my target rep ranges, but I’d rather take a set all the way to true mechanical failure than stop short with reps in reserve. Each session is giving me clearer feedback on where to adjust for next time, and overall performance is trending upward across every movement pattern.

Training feels purposeful, productive, and aligned with where I need to be at this stage — strength is climbing, recovery feels excellent, and my body is handling the workload perfectly.

Training feels purposeful, productive, and aligned with where I need to be at this stage — strength is climbing, recovery feels excellent, and my body is handling the workload perfectly.
pro level back and pro level arms and you are huge bro
really i can say you are a legendary bodybuilder

Absolute legend brother thank you so much! I really appreciate all the support and kind words. I am loving the process and seeing the results come from 100% dialled in nutrition and training and routine has been so rewarding, my offseason I generally fall off the completely perfect consistency to some degree so I am so excited to see the level of progress I can bring with all variables dialled in for this next 12 month growth phase!

There's an argument for both

@PassiveHulk This is a really good option here. The arms look absolutely diced. Proud of you man. You're looking great.

@PassiveHulk very nice job on this. I like the mix of training that you're doing. The Romanian deadlifts are on point.
