Weekly wrap up

It has been another good week. I intended to train 5 days this week but life got in the way. 4 sesisons were had and increased weight/reps across the board. Bumped the calories up to 3000 instead of 2700 broken up to roughly 200p/80f/370c. Weights sitting around 94.5 which is up a couple kg but expected with the increase in test and calories.

Felt high e2 symptoms via way of sleep issues so took 6.25asin. Will monitor next few weeks but sleep issue was likely due to increase in androgens not e2 issues.

Blood pressure increased slightly to around 115/70. RHR 70

4 sessions of moderate intensity with 20-30 minutes of moderate cardio. Not ideal frequency due to circumstances and will be on track for next week. I've switched up to some unilateral exercises to bring up strength and size deficiencies in my right side

but 4x a week is solid. a lot of people barely can pull off 2 or 3x a week
