Im sorry Im not sure Im understanding everything you mean. I am going to start taking the hcgenerate the remainder of the cycle when I get it, stop taking the arimidex Ai for now . sustanon is good if you doing TRT or Self TRT or cruising OR bulkingJust thinking ahead about a possible future cycle. What does everyone think about Sustanon 250 Vs just regular Test Cyp in general for muscle building. Some people seem to swear by the sustanon 250 blend and some just say test is test. I believe with the sustanon you would prob have to pin twice a week to take advantage of both the short and long esters. The ad on the supplier website acts like it may be more effective even at lower doses than regular test but I figure they would hype it up of course....

So I was a little too aggressive on the flat bench today I increase weight on reps a little much couldn't complete the 5 x 3 x 2 - however I did the 295 for 5 which was good but fatigued me on the rest of the sets. I've never done 295 @ 5 reps before so I am breaking through my old plateau. I can't wait to see where I'm at in another 4 weeks
