Test cyp- 200mg a week

Right now I’m at about 250-300gC 250gP 100gF (not a strict diet)

Been on the test for two weeks, tomorrow I’m adding:
Mk-677 - 20mg/Ed
IGF-1LR3 - 30mcg/ed

I was around 196 on stage, now up 10 pounds to about 206.

Not a fan of bridging. I don't feel it's needed

Wasn’t the original plan, but I’m making a real push this time around so to keep them steady rather than recovering seemed like a better option at the time , next show is June

Implemented Carnitine Friday, been doing 8000mg a day …doing that for 2 weeks then cutting it in half …splitting the 8000 pre and post workout then going to pre workout

I would bump protein and cut carbs to 200grams

The igf has a half life of 30 hours so I take it right before my pre workout meal
And Okk thanks I’m going to do that! I’d like to lean out a bit more. If I’m in shape I might do Long Island championships to grab a qualification
