good protein intake 300grams you're pushing it

want to see how the peptides go, but be safe with them
you getting leaner from the peptides?

I feel like it yeah, frag 176 works a little quicker this one’s more like GH I’m the fact it takes a couple of months to really see but reviews are good. It’s a the fragment of a GH strand that accounts for fat burning.

Week 4 update, went to short ester Monday was first pin. Plan to get a solid 10 weeks with test prop/tren ace/masteron/eq as far as oils taking 150test eod, 50 tren eod, 100masteron eod, and 125eq eod.
Two pins thus far and feeling good, test is in full force, definitely seeing strength gains and visuallly fuller as well. Sex drive is through the roof.

MEAL ONE-
PROTEIN:
7 Egg Whites, 1 yolk
CARBS:
3 packets of Quaker Grits instant
with 1 banana
Next day swap for
2/3 cup old fashioned oats and
1/2 cup blueberries

SUPPS:
CLA 1500-2000 MG
VIT C 1000 MG
Fish Oil 1000 MG

MEAL TWO-
PROTEIN:
3 oz chicken breast and 4 oz 93/7 beef
CARBS :
1 box of pasta roni angle hair and Herbs, no milk and butter it says to have on the box.
Next day swap for
7 oz cooked jasmine rice

MEAL THREE-
PROTEIN:
7 oz chicken breast
CARBS:
6 oz cooked red potatoes

MEAL FOUR-
PROTEIN:
1 and a half Scoops of Total ISO ( Cutler Nutrition )
CARBS:
2 slices cinnamon raisin Ezekiel Bread
1 tbls almond butter

MEAL FIVE-
PROTEIN:
4 oz 93/7 Ground Beef or Sirloin and 3 oz chicken breast
CARBS:
3-5 oz green veggies, any of the following ; brocolli, green beans, aspargus, spinach
6.5 oz cooked jasmine rice

SUPPS:
CLA 1500-2000 MG ( Softegels or Powder )

MEAL SIX-
PROTEIN:
7 Egg Whites, 2 yolks
CARBS:
1 slice cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread

Every other day I swap out the grits and banana for 2/3 cup oatmeal and half cup blueberries and then the pasta for 7oz white rice to keep the food changing for digestion

Cardio is at 20mg s incline walking 4x a week

Body composition changing definitely leaning out . I’m at 210lbs right now

Strength definitely skyrocketing, starting to cut down ., same protein macros with carbs and fats cut down. Started implementing Clenbuterol today at 20mcg twice a day. T3 will be next week at 25mg a day in the morning. 6 weeks out I will be running winny and Anavar at 50mg ed for each, two weeks out will be halo at 15mg ed and then a week out will most likely be letro at 2.5mg ed

Getting stronger thats good. Be careful with t3 make sure you split dose.

halotestin is hardcore that's crazy lets see how that goes

letrozole 2.5mgs you sure? maybe 1mgs max

My last show I had a problem attaining that dry look so I’m hoping the letro and halo polish me off …you think 1mg letro?

For sure 1mg letrozole (femara) is enough, 2.5mgs will over do it and you'll get messed up.

With your plan now and you plan on getting dry 0.5mgs-1mg of letrozole is more then enough. I would try a few days at .5mgs before going to 1mg.
