Sleeping deprivation feeling without any effect after 4 days stop training

Do you know what makes someone to be able to sleep?
I have a bad mind with difficult thinking without any workout. I need to be ridiculous. I run the whole night inside trails of park. Deers trust me like a fauna member. I am alone, this is prohibed to be there. Do I need different cycles to get a regular rhythm? For example, cardio some days, endurance some days and hypertrophic other days.

No, I feel like it is 3am the whole day. Everybody can get out the bed at 3 am for a running but it is not convenient. I thought it is overtraining but that doesn’t make any difference if I stop training and sleep a lot.

In december, I was able to my 4 km swimming in the morning and 2 hours at the gym each day except Saturday and Sunday. Now, I am only do my workout each two days.

%muscular nothing different except I lost .1%. Nothing of different, this week, I train back with heavy weights over 300lb and do curls for biceps with 55lb. I did workout my abs.

My cardio 20 minutes treadmill at 17 km/h with a bpm between 75 and 96 btm. Average speed on my bicycle 41 km/h, maximum speed 55 km/h, distance 100 km. I am 40 years old, 67 kg.

I don’t have allergies except dust and pollen but symptoms are not meaning. I have only three scars, two from operations and the last one from a stick behind my head but long time ago. I don’t think this is a health problem.

I workout each two days between 7 pm to 10 pm. After I go running after 10 pm to 11 pm. I normally swim at 7 am but Now, I cannot do that.

There's a problem right there. No one I know trains at 10pm and then goes for a run at 11pm and expects to sleep

It is 4:56 am, I start a new workout with cycles Endurance, Hypertrophic, force. Anyway, break time doesn’t help me. Only do 10 repetitions pull-ups and 10 sit-ups are ridiculous. I must increase number in bodyweight. Four sets of forty pull-ups, 100 sit-ups with 45lb weight plate behind my head. I feel better at 90% of maximum load. I will try to switch and find the most efficient cycles.

I have to start my cardio. I will consult physician if it is not efficient. I use a new schedule and add supplements on my diet.

It wasn't a compliment. You started a thread which suggests there's an issue with not getting enough sleep. Then have yourself training at 4.58am and 11pm. Join the dots fella - that's why you're not sleeping.

Now, given you complained so it's not very likely, unless you're 1 in a 1000 you need to train at more sensible times and sleep a little more.

yeah mobster is right

get on a proper schedule

humans our melatonin levels spike at sunset for a reason. stop working out at night that has gotten you into this mess. all that adrenaline your body has adapted to will prevent you from sleeping.

once you adjust to a proper schedule things will fall into place. a good tip for you is going to amazon and buying blue blocker glasses and wearing those at sunset.

if you research this you will see those who live in places like Alaska where they have super long days during summer and super short days during winter have completely fucked up sleeping patterns which are completely unhealthy. humans evolved from central Africa where that wasn't an issue

I feel your pain OP, on a diff way.

I was working 80hrs/wk, one job very active, day job sedentary so I'd hit the gym during lunch, and then started squeezing in cardio in the am.

I recently quit my day job, keeping only my night job - the active one. But holy fuck I still can't get my sleep right... only getting 4 hours a night. Couple nights ago I only got 1 hour...

Feeling tired but just can't get to sleep! Driving me a bit crazy...
