My Bulking Log: 16 year old off season

Had some problems with my original account that I couldn't be bothered trying to fix, so this is my new account.

This Thread will be my Complete bulking log for the next 15 weeks. This is mainly so I can keep better track of my progress through out my bulk, but it's also open for discussion if anyone has any input on what I need to improve my physique. As you can see I've included in the title of the thread "off season" no I'm not a competitive bodybuilder, but I refer to my bulk as my off season as I'm not dieting and also use it as a time to enjoy more food. Have been weird with what I've been eating for the past week or two but everything back on track and I'm in full grow mode. Weekly I'll update pictures and stats to keep track of progress. I'm looking to bring up my legs mainly on this bulk as they've always been a weak point for me.

Stats and were I want to push forward to:

Age: 16
Training Years: 2.4 months (only been taken seriously since August last year though
Current Weight: 195lbs (89kg) looking to push forward to 205-215 before I diet again
Height:6ft
Bodyfat: Calipers read %10 but not accurate
Arms: 15.8"
Shoulders: 51"
Legs: 23 1/2"

Lifts:
Bench: 275lbs for a one rep max
Deadlift: 385lbs for a one rep max
Squat: Unknown as I never test my strength on it

My Split:
-Chest/Shoulders
-Back
-Legs/Shoulders (High Volume/Light weight Leg day)
-Arms
-Legs (Moderate Volume/Heavy Weight leg day)

Diet:

Obviously nothing will be the same every day but I eat usually the same meals most of the time every day. I'll be aiming to consume 4000cals a day. I'll be pushing 6-8 clean meals a day with one to two chest meals a week. Eating every two and half hours. I have a relatively fast metabolism so I can handle regular cheat meals and lots of food with 0 cardio and stay lean. Hears a brief example:

Breakfast is the same every day:
-5 whole eggs
-2 pieces of wholemeal toast with either jam or honey
-1 cup of oatmeal (measured uncooked) with a handful of blue berries

Meals I'm consuming mid morning/lunch/afternoon/possibly post workout if it's not a late night training session. will be the same every day also:
Either; 8-10oz of Turkey mince or a large chicken breast with 1 1/2 cups of rice

Pre workout meal as always:
1 cup of oats with a Banana

Pre bed meal as always :
2 rice cakes with 100g of cottage cheese

I'll post photos of my starting point as of today later when I have the chance

These photos are me kind of a few months and weeks back. So nothing is accurate, but to give you a rough idea of what I look/looked like

If you look at my side chest photo, were my abdominal a are you will see a line run the side to the tip of my chest. Little to discover this morning that this is a big ass earth worm like vein that runs from my lower stomach right to the top under my chest. This is weird considering my diets been funky the last few weeks
 
But everything looks good. Maybe eat a little more than 4000cal. But if you aren't to worries about not doing cardio that should still be fine. Pics look good. Keep up the good work!

I stay consistently full through out my days, some meals force fed. 4000 is about my 10% calorie surplus so I'm happy shooting or about that. Thanks for your input :)

Update: this week was going PERFECT up to Tuesday night. I went out for dinner at some dodgy Chinese restaurant and after my meal I threw up everywhere lol, as a result I have lost my appetite pretty much all of this week and don't have a crave for anything in the world, have been force feeding meals still but not as much food as I was consuming previously. Haven't been able to train properly as it just left me feeling like shit, Pisses me off how everything was on track and this one thing has completely fucked up my regimen and training. Doing my best to get back right back on track with eating and training. Haven't weighed myself yet but the last time I did I was 198lbs.
 
A quick insight also on my progress over my 2 and a but years of training (1 and a bit properly though)

This photos was from me summer of 2014. 140lbs (65kg) at the same height I am now. This was back when I was still working out, but not eating enough at all or rthe sting enough. Flat as a mother fucking pan cake and sucked up and skinny:

And this is the most recent photo of me at 198lbs at the same height..up 60lbs in a year and 4 months of hard ass dedication. Still no were near were I wanna be. Still lots of work to to do. But yeah..whatever lol:

Back double bi shot. Arms and delts seem to be nicely increasing in size seems like I'm gained some water and fat in the lower back area. Happy with the progress so far. Sitting at 198lbs still. Weight gain is happening at a promising rate
 
Waking up at 200lbs this morning. Comfortably consuming 4000+ calories. Having a cheat meal 2-3 times a week usually post workout on weak body part days. Still staying considerably lean (10% on the calipers).
 
U have a bit of gyno man


Have had mild gyno since I was 13 from puberty...probably the size of a grape. Nipples look slightly lactated when it's hot buts not even noticeable so it doesn't bother me. I don't think it's worth surgery because of how mild it is but I I gut look into weighs of shrinking it. Also had a bloods done this week so I'll be able to see if it's an estrogen/progesterone issue

A better shot of me from yesterday hitting a side chest. Arms seem to be growing, them being my weakest body part I've found that high volume w/ strict form and 2 x a week is the only thing that's ever made a considerable difference in my arms, and it's been the same thing I've been doing for the last year, and I've almost added 2 inches on my arms in that period of time. They're sitting just under 16" still. Hitting my legs as hard as I can trying to push through and get everything in proportion.
 
. About your gyno..i wouldn't worry about it to much. If it's from adolescent hormonal changes it should shrink within time. I had gyno all through my teens that wasn't to bad but it was gone by 19 and I can't even feel anything there anymore lol. But looking good man keep it up 👍 there's you and one other guy on this forum that's the same age as you and it makes me laugh that you kids look better than most lifters on this forum who have been enhanced and training for years...makes me wonder what "supplements" they're handing out to you youngins.

UPDATE: 3 weeks into this bulk and all is going well. Scales are not moving as fast as I'd want them to but not to worry. Weight is fluctuating but hovering around that 200lb mark still trying to lock it in. It's weird, some days I wake up 195lbs go to sleep at 200lbs vise versa. Never the less eating and training is well. Did 80lb dumbbell shoulder press the other day for 8 reps. So strength is up. Feel fuller then ever with a chest meal 3 times a week. Not a big one on sups but Supplement wise I'm only taking BIO grow and it's amazing to say the least. Have always loved it. Out shines your average whey protein powders. My Preworkout is a double shot expresso by it's self with a shot of baby aspirin (call me crazy but it's the bey pre formula lol)

Weights sitting nicely at 200lbs..making slow steady lean gains. Arms are up half an inch and getting fuller.
 
i dont know about joel but most chicks our age dont find pur size overly attractive anymore! most the chick i attract now are finished school 😂 cant complain though.

Strongly agree, for some reason they go for super skinny lean guys who have abs. Except my girlfriend Lol

Update: have noticed a huge strength increase lately without even trying (all my work is hypertrophy with occasional deadlift and bench tests) so this is surely a sign things are starting to grow. Usually can only do the 90lb dumbbells for 8-10 reps and the other day was pushing the 110lb dumbbells for 8 reps.

A shot of me currently at 205lbs 6ft and 12% bodyfat. Arms are up 0.6 of an inch and getting fuller. Yes I'm holding some water and fat but I'm not a fagsique model that cringes at the sight of high calotype diets. My food consumption is anywere from 4500-5000 calories an taking in about 600 grams of carbs ROUGLY. Feeling much fuller than a few weeks ago and getting compliments on my rapid growth.

Last two weeks (school holidays) have been alittle rough. Been alittle off my eating and as a result feel like I look alittle bloated and soft then usual. So I'm taking a step back into dieting and eating 6 meals a day that will consist of 40-50 grams of carbs and 20-30 grams of protein, and nothing but water. I'll do this for a week or two then slowly raise my carbs (add 10gs to each meal or so) until I recomp alittle. Note I'm still in a bulking phase just watching my diet now. Cals will still be at 4000-5000 less on my days off. Fats will remain the same (1 tbsp of olive oil or 10-15 almonds every other meal)
 
For people pming me asking me asking about my gear use...first thing. I'm on prescribed hrt from a doctor..after being in a really bad car accident a year ago when I was 15, I suffered from low Testostrone for months (no libido, no energy, depression) before doing something about it. First I went on the Clomid route trying to recover my own natural Testostrone with no luck. After being sick of dealing with this like any other human being I self prescribed myself 150mgs of test cyp a week after my 16th birthday. Seeing as I was already going to stay on steroids, I thought why not blast and cruise, I was already dedicated to training and would of stayed natural for years if I could of. And seeing as I'm going to be on Testostrone alone for the rest of my life, I was ready to take that step. I embarked on my first cycle of test cyp still but upped it to 300mgs and ran dbol at 20mgs for 10 weeks and gained 18lbs. Then back to a cruise.

Recently I've just been admitted by a doctor to go on trt legally and under prescription. I am perscribed 125mgs of Test cyp A week, and choose to do very small minuscule cycles every 10-15 weeks that last anywhere from 8 to 15 weeks and get a blood test once a month to monitor my hormone levels and everything else. Again this is just me telling the truth, not boasting or bragging about it. If you aren't happy about it, easy, just don't come on this thread because sabotaging my inbox with your bullshit about how it's damaging and the possible outcomes like I didn't already take that into consideration isn't going to help me. I'm legally under hrt and choose to do what any other weight lifter would do if they were in the same situation.

Weight is not changing but physique is slowly...I'm slowly starting to raise my cals day after day after doing only 300 grams of carbs a day, 150g pre and post workout and that's it. As post holidays I was left looking a bit softer than usual . Thigh my body has recomped slightly and I've dropped some water retention, my weight still raised to 205-210lbs. I'm uping carbs to 500 grams this week. All consumed morning, pre and post workout.

Preworkout formula:

1 shot of baby aspirin
2 scoops of mr Hyde
1 scoop of gold stranded bcaas

Post workout formula:

1 cup of orange juice
5g of cearitine
10g of glutamine

I avoid protein powders as I feel they're just ineffective and fill me up to much, not allowing me to consume my post workout meal as fast.
 
Keeping carbs every other meal...around 30grams in each meal except pre and post I have 50grams in each. Protein is high and fats also every other meal (10 almonds or 1 tbsp of olive oil) not tracking macros or anything just weighing my carbs in each meal and body seems to be recomping at a steady rate.
