SARMS1 sponsored GW Log(as part of Triple Stack)

Dylan and the SARMS1 team were gracious enough to choose me as a logger for their GW, which I am going to be using as part of the Triple Stack I am currently running(currently 1.5 out of 8 weeks into it).

Received it today, and took my first dose(10 mg)when I got home tonight. It looked good, pink, almost the color of pepto bismol and I could see chunks of the GW in there...

I weighed in this morning at 198 lbs, which is down about 8 pounds over my highest weight of 206 lbs when I was running LGD. Can't wait to run this for the next month and log the results, which should be daily unless something unforseen comes up.

Sarms1 GW will definitely give you an edge and help you reach your fat loss goals. There's nothing quite like it

No doubt! I almost forgot how magical GW is. I hit the jump rope today for 2,000 reps like it was nothing. NON STOP! Freakin insane the type of cardio you get.

Lol, yeah it is pretty good for cardio...

I dosed twice today about 12 hours apart 8:30 AM/PM....no gym workout today, its a rest day, gonna hit the gym early tomorrow morning for some HIIT before work...

Have to say that I don't know what the carrier is for that stuff, which, btw is the same for LGD but it tastes god-awful, lol...now, the good thing is the taste goes away pretty quick, unlike S-4 and Osta from unique where it tastes not quite as bad, but the taste lingers for a while no matter what you do to try and get rid of it...

Current stats of this morning: 199 lbs, caliper measured BF 13.6%

How do you like doing the HIIT workouts with the GW?

Took both 10mg doses today, 12 hours apart, no workout today, woke up too late for HIIT...will try and hit it tomorrow morning and then lift in the afternoon...

Took usual two doses today, did workout involving a circuit of dips, machine preacher curls, machine tricep extensions and bench step-ups. Seems like GW is kicking in a little bit as I was not even taking a minute between circuits. Actually the first two, I just restarted at the beginning...Those bench step ups are a beyyatch tho...I actually do them like bench jump ups, put front foot on bench and jump off it...

Then followed up with 4 sets of deads...feeling pretty good...

sorry to but in on this thread but I also just ordered the triple stack from SARMS1 I'm having difficulty finding out which sarm is which. there is one with red tint which im assuming is the gw? and then there is one bottle that has a greenish tint which would be the mk? and two bottles other bottles I'm assuming are the s4?

can someone confirm this?

also the droppers that came with the bottles, are they 1ml ?

Email their customer support my friend.

The GW is pink...almost looks like Pepto Bismol

OK, I have to say that the effects I am getting from the Sarms1 GW seem to be better than what I got from Unique. That's no BS. I'm pretty straight up, I give my honest opinions on things, sponsored or not sponsored, and I think Unique's Osta and S4 are good products, but I never really felt that "super endurance" thing others kept talking about with their GW. Yeah, it seemed to help a little bit but nothing too spectacular.

Now today, I did a Gironda 8x8 workout just to mix things up a little bit. It was leg day, normally you are supposed to take 30 seconds to rest between sets, but I took 15, like with the other days. 4 sets of 8 squats with 15 seconds of rest between sets, followed by 4 sets of Leg Extensions, followed by 4 sets of Hamstring Curls with 15 secs of rest between sets, followed by alternating sets of DB Lateral Raises and Gironda DB Swings, 4 sets each, 15 secs between sets. Now, before when I used to do these workouts I was completely gassed, especially with the DB swings which are simply brutal---you take the DB and hold it in front of you vertically with both hands, starting at your stomach, then swing up like you are doing a reverse woodcutter chop up to your right shoulder, back down and then up to your left shoulder and back down---that's one rep.

I was expecting to be completely done in at the end of this workout, especially considering that the DB swings are usually done on Chest/Back day and not leg day, but although I was sweating and breathing a little heavy, I felt fine...I was actually shocked. 32 squats in under 3 minutes is no joke, but to add the other things and then the DB swings on top is craziness...

Am really excited to see how I do when I do some HIIT tomorrow night...

So far I have to say this stuff is pretty amazing, and seems to be dosed stronger than Unique's GW...my honest opinion.

Was planning on doing HIIT tonight after work, but after only getting about 3 hours sleep last night, I decided to rest and do a double tomorrow instead...HIIT in the morning, lifting late afternoon...

Took 2 GW doses as per usual today...

Weighed in 199 lbs today

haha nice, I'm starting a triple stack soon, two weeks or so just waiting for all my stuff to come in. I'm assuming you're trying to recomp? what is your goal?

I'm fairly close to you in weight, im 6ft. what is your mile time?

Try sleeping in the other room becuase your 4 month isn't sleep trained yet:what:

Yeah, I'm trying to get down to about 11-12% Bodyfat before I run a Test/Var cycle starting in April

GW definitely is kicking in high gear...

Was doing a circuit of Dips, Standing DB Curls, Overhead Tricep Rope Pulls, Narrow Grip Lat Pulldowns and Bench Step-Ups at a frenetic pace yesterday and made it through all 4 sets and felt like I could have kept right on going. I mean don't ge me wrong, I was breathing a little heavy, but usually I am done in after the 3rd or 4th set of Bench Step-ups...this time I was even cutting my rest periods short in between the circuits from 1 minute to about 30 seconds and I think only 15 seconds between the 1st and 2nd sets...I was going in...

Gonna be a fun few weeks with this stuff :-)

No workouts either of the last two days, due to work obligations that made it pretty impossible to get to the gym. Took GW twice daily both days as usual. Feeling good, legs feeling big, and dense...

HIIT tomorrow morning and then lifting tomorrow afternoon before the Super Bowl

OK, woke up today at 198 lbs, cranked out some HIIT at the gym around 11:15am, 5 min warmup, 6 30 second sprint intervals alternated with 30 second rest periods and another 5 minute cool down...I do these on elliptical machines, crossramp and resistance were both set to 10, which was a little higher than I had anticipated doing since I haven't really done this in a while...

Came back to the gym around 4:15pm and did some intense lifting...4 circuits of 8 reps each of weighted dips, hammer curls, overhead tricep pulls, and bench step ups with a minute rest in between followed by 4 sets of 8 deadlifts with a minute of rest in between...

Breathing hard and sweating but the GW definitely is giving me some extra boost as I was a lot less tired than previous

gw will take your workouts to new levels.. start mixing gw with your gear cycles and watch out..it gets even crazier, with the added benefits from both!

keep it going bro, im still here

have you tried adding sprint intervals to this?:coffee:

excellent work bro... im really glad to see the progress on your endurance that gw is providing...

Well, today's workout was probably the most impressed I've been with this stuff to date.

I did HIIT this morning, then turned around and went back to the gym after work and did an 8x8 workout with 15 second rest periods between sets.

HS V-Squats(4 sets of 8 @ 375 lbs), Seated Ham Curls(4 sets of 8@ 130 lbs), DB Lateral Raises(@ 20 lbs) alternating with Gironda DB Swings(@ 50 lbs/4 sets of 8 each exercise).

Now, granted when you are pushing this type of volume, you cannot lift as heavy as you could if you were resting 2 minutes between sets or even a minute between sets, but from past experience, volume really helps me shred body fat quickly, and once you gain strength, you are pushing pretty close to what you would normally do with those short 15 second rest periods.

That being said, doing 32 squats within about a 2 minute time frame is no joke, I don't care what kind of weight you are lifting. Then follow that with ham curls, lateral raises and one of the most taxing exercises I have ever done, the Gironda DB swing. Usually I am gasping for air at the end of those. Today, I wasn't even breathing heavy. Like literally I probably didn't need to rest between those sets. I was absolutely astonished.

My unbiased observation is that SARMS1 GW is vastly superior to Unique's. I never felt this type of boost on Unique's, even after taking it for 8 weeks. I don't blow smoke up people's asses, and I tell it like it is. I am using Unique's Ostarine and S4 currently and it is pretty good stuff, I have the vision sides from the S4, so I know its legit, and the Ostarine seems to be similar to the other Ostarine I have used previously. That being said part of me is wondering if I am missing out by not using SARMS1...

Didn't dose S4 or GW last night for second dose due to feeling like I was going to puke for most of the afternoon/evening...unrelated to this as I am fine today, must have been a bug or something...

Today I had a day of epicness at the gym.

I have only been back deadlifting about 4-5 weeks after taking about 6-7 months off from it due to lower back/chiropractic issues. Well today leads me to believe this shit is for real, moreso the S4/Osta than GW but I think they are all working in conjunction together.

I hit 5 singles at 405lbs effortlessly. Like I was lifting a sack of potatoes, then held it at the lockout position 30-45 seconds each time. All this while also dealing with a bum left shoulder. Strength is just starting to explode...cranked out circuits of bodyweight dips+50lb DB, 145lb machine preacher curls(HS) and tricep extensions at 170lbs followed by bench stepups. GW still has me feeling good through all this, was a little gassed but nothing major...one minute rest between circuits, then dropped 40-50 lbs and did as many reps at each one as I could in a circuit...rep count was between 12-20, shoulder started giving me a little twinge so I stopped on a few of them, but damn!!

I am going to be drilling 500 lb deadlifts with a jacked up shoulder pretty soon, this shit is craziness!!

Dosed GW as normal twice daily 10mg each...weighed in at 199 lbs this morning. WEight keeping steady even though I seem to be really leaning out. Will take a BF reading this weekend to check it out, but the mirror is definitely not lying.

HIIT this morning, went back after work and did some intense lifting.

Hammer Strength V-Squats(415 lbs---roughly 280 lb on a barbell squat) 8 x 8 x 8 x 8---roughly 15 seconds between sets...32 reps in under 3 minutes---legs were screaming after this, lol

Leg Extensions: 160 x 8, 150 x 8 x 8 x 8---could only get one set at 160, legs weren't having it...150 x 8 x 8 x 8---15 seconds between sets again

Lying Hamstring Curls: 115 lbs x 8 x 8 x 8 x 8---15 seconds between sets...I need to figure out something other than lying or seated hamstring curls because these are what are causing the worst back tightening out of anything I'm doing...perhaps high and wide leg presses?

DB Lateral Raises(20lbs x 8 x 8 x 8 x 8) alternated with Girdonda DB Swings(60 lbs x 8 each side x 8 x 8 x 8): Probably should have gone up to 25 lbs on the lateral raises, those were really easy, but am a little hesitant due to shoulder...next time...was ripping off those DB swings again, and to my amazement still wasn't breathing really heavy even after going up 10 lbs since last time...

GW seems to really be working well...increasing weight and still going strong...32 squats at that weight in under 3 minutes is ridiculous.

very nice progress bro... i am really happy to see this stack paying off for you... the triple stack is amazing bro... all three work so well together and just feed off each other... there's a damn good reason i always recommend running all three and your seeing just exactly why... keep up the good work!

Sorry for a few days with no update. Wife's birthday Saturday after work, so we went out for dinner and some other activities that followed, lol...Planned very well, as I woke up Saturday at 197 lbs, fasted all day til we went out to dinner, then went in on some Mexican food...and I mean went in...and woke up the next morning still at the exact same weight of 197 lbs. Good example of how fasting can help prevent damage from having a pig out session now and then.

Sunday went to the gym twice, first for some HIIT, then for some lifting. Cranked out 2 405 lb single DL's then 2 single 425 lb deadlifts. Held it at the lockout position for at least 30 seconds each time. Definitely tweaked my back tho at 425 lbs. Perhaps too fast too soon. Was hurting really bad last night, but was a lot better today after keeping heat and massage(love that little machine I got) on and off most of the day at work. Then followed it up with 4 circuits of Weighted Dips(BW+50 lbs), Machine Preacher Curls(150 lbs), Machine Tri Extensions(170 lbs), Bench Step Ups. 8 reps for lifting activities, 12 each leg on the bench step ups. 1 minute rest between sets.

GW really is working well, I have been pushing harder and harder and I keep improving on my cardio abilities...probably could even cut down the rest periods to 35-40 seconds in between circuits...

No workout today, usually I would have done HIIT and my squat workout, but thought I'd give my body a rest after yesterday...will hit the gym tomorrow morning for some HIIT...

good stuff bro, im on day 5 of the sarms1 triple stack.. so far I love it. Everyday just keeps getting and better. The energy I have throughout the day is phenomenal. and you're right about the short rest time, your body just has this crazy pump in the gym it just doesnt wanna stop

Great read mate, you are killing it bro! How fast are you using the GW, my bottle seems to be going down quickly dosing at 20mg daily and doubt it will last four weeks..

Keep up the good work!

Took yesterday off, back wasn't quite ready for squats yet...woke up and weighed in at 196 lbs.

Hit Tabata style HIIT cardio this morning, heading back for lifting this afternoon...

Got about 3 weeks left on the Triple Stack and am getting ready to supercharge fat loss by following an alternate day fasting plan where I eat 500 cals or less on fast days followed by a normal day and then once a week Sunday gonna have a cheat day to reset leptin levels and help burn even more fat the following day which will be a full fast day(no calories). Have used this before with great success in a short time period...

Down 3 lbs this morning to 193 lbs, did some HIIT Tabata style this morning...normal eating day, will be heading back this evening to lift

nice work bro... you continue to make great progress... keep it up!

These last 3 weeks I should make staggering progress with the diet and exercise program I'm running combined with the triple stack preventing any loss of muscle...super excited to see where I get down to at the end of this...

Took two needed days off yesterday and today. Down 4.5 lbs since Wednesday to 192...should continue to make good progress especially Monday or Tuesday next week following my cheat day tomorrow...

Had an amazing cheat day yesterday filled with ice cream, donuts and taco bell, lol...now back to work and the business of dropping body fat.
Fast began last night around 7:45pm or so, broke the fast around 8:10pm tonight with a protein shake and a small piece of chicken before heading to the gym. Had already done some Tabata Intervals this morning in a fasted state.

Tonight I felt pretty damn awesome at the gym. Cranked out 4 Circuits of Dips(BW---very deep), Hammer Curls(50 lb DB), Rope Pushdowns(72.5 lbs), and Bench Step Ups(12 each leg) with 30-45 seconds of rest between circuits. Then I absolutely manhandled some deadlifts--not weight wise but volume wise. I did 4 sets of 8 at 275 lbs with 15 seconds of rest between sets(maybe 20 seconds on 3rd and 4th sets), cranking out 32 reps in under 2 and a half minutes. I was literally gasping for air after that, but I felt pretty damn good. I also had most of the gym looking sideways at me, lol...

I don't know of anything that is more taxing that cranking out DL's with short rest periods, and I got though it with flying colors, even though the weight wasn't that much. Previously used to do 335 lbs 5 sets of 12 reps with a minute rest between sets, but that was also after I had been DL'ing for about a year straight. And its one thing to do that after a minute rest, but quite another to do it after only 15 seconds, especially with a bad shoulder and only having been back DL'ing for about 7 weeks now or so...

Came home, had some squash and kale and another small piece of chicken along with my supplements. Looking forward to a morning HIIT day tomorrow morning and to see how much the scale goes down.

Cheats days are important, make sure you use some glucose disposal agents during your refeed. :coffee:

You are going hard bro.great work, keep it up

Lol, its the only way I know how to man...its why I'm so excited to hit this cycle coming up...the only way I know how to do it is to work 3 times harder than most people have to and end up with half the results...now when I apply the same work ethic while on gear, it should be pretty amazing what happens...

I am so stoked...
