I agree.

From my observations men have a rough time with it, emotionally. Harder than women to some degree.

I see Chat and Convo as the break room of EF. It's where we come when maybe we are tired of talking about working out, dieting and fitness, or maybe let go of thinking about it altogether. I don't know. There isn't an active women's forum. Some people work out here like crazy, some just a couple times a week, some just a little but no one here is super lazy.

I'm willing to bet (though I don't know) most everyone in here works out to some degree but it's more to maintain a healthy lifestyle or to just maintain current shape. It just becomes so routine and normal that we don't obsess or want to talk about it or consume our thoughts. I remember when I did nothing but talk about that stuff. Now its just a part of life, like taking a shower. You don't think about it until you've skipped one (a couple) ;)

I'm 6'5 250lbs isn't HUGE by any means and I have never claimed to be huge. 99% of this board never even knew I had gotten to be that size because who really fucking cares bro.

I could be bigger than you could ever dream of if I gave a shit about that but i don't live an emotionally empty life where my success is measured by how big my arms are or how much i can bench.
