~LGD-4033 Log~

May 28

Dosed my 2mg at 8am. Chest/Bis/Tris today, my favorite routine. My motivation to lift is through the roof, I feel good ALL THE TIME! Really noticed the endurance kicking in during my Krav classes today, I'll sweat like a monster but never really tire out. As for my lifting, I couldn't be happier. Reps increased on a majority of my lifts and I'll be upping the weights AGAIN next session. Still no sides to report! I've been on this stuff for a week, and this morning I took a good look in the mirror. After having an off day you can really gage changes because I'm normally always pumped 24hrs after lifting on this stuff. It looks like I've gotten leaner (1% BF drop) or I've put on enough muscle in my upper body to make myself appear much leaner. Time will tell me more, but if the first option is true I've been recomping on a 500-750cal surplus.....good god. My physique has made very noticeable changes in just 1 week at just 1mg. Still no massive hunger pains everyone reports, but that could also be because I'm on a surplus. In other logs it looks like most people really start noticing it kicking in during the second week, if this is true I can hardly wait!

Dosed at normal 8AM time. Slept horribly last night and it really took a toll on me today. For some reason it seems preworkout supps stay in my system much longer while I'm running LGD. I seem to only have sleeplessness on days I take a PWO. Only 3.5-4 hours of sleep killed me throughout the 10 hour work day, plus it was hot and humid. I still had energy to make it to my Krav classes, but had zero motivation to lift legs. Instead I swapped today's leg day with my HIIT/abs day. Having no motivation + tiredness always mean a horrible lifting session for me so I'll be doing my leg routine later this week. Other than that still no sides! No DOMS either! Still feeling pretty great, even though I was a bit moody today from the lack of sleep. I plan on hitting my back and shoulders hard tomorrow.
 
do you really feel you need the pre work outs wile on a run?
i find will i am running gear or sarms (not lgd yet) that there is really no need for pre work outs. i was sold on the idea of them for a wile. but when my work outs started lasting twice what my pre work out sup did. i gave them up.... i never liked the roller coaster energy level thing any way....
hit them legs hard bud.... the more you train them the more you start to love to train them........

Yea I'm ending the PWO supp while on. Definently don't feel the need. I guess it's just an old bad habit ha, they work great when I need an extra boost in the gym off cycle, but are far too much while on, expecially if its causing sleep problems. Ha I love leg days, but only when my body is ready to move some serious weight

Normal dose time AM. Back/Shoulders/Traps today, nothing ultra spectacular, it was a long hot day at work. Half of my lifts stayed consistent and the other ones I added some poundage. Experimented a bit with a few of the lifts too. I've noticed vascular its starting to increase. I'm not normally a very vascular guy but I'm starting to see some large veins pop up all over my arms lately! I'm up 3lbs from my starting weight and I don't see any noticeable fat gain in the mirror, I've gotten a bit leaner if anything. Still zero sides!

Anyone else noticed that people seem to start logs and never finish them?
 
Looks good so far man! Keep up the intensity and Im curious to see what the next few weeks bring, good work. And yeah, don't stop this log haha

ive started a few and never finished... thats why were counting on you to keep up with this one!

I've noticed that finishing logs seems to be major problem. I've never done one myself. I usually just post my results. I'm not criticizing, just wondering why you never finished your logs?

I have three bottles of LGD 4033. I haven't tried them. I'm currenly using Osterine as a standalone. If I don't see any results by week 3-4, I may drop the Ostarine and go with LGD 4033 for a couple of weeks. It seems to work fast for most.
