You just haven't found the best of both worlds. Or you have?
I have tried suspension, prop, pynolprop, E 250, E 300, E400, C200, sust 250 and sust 350.
I prefer suspension, then cyp, prop, pynoprop, E's then sustanons.
To me its how they made me feel.

I never noticed much difference. Prop isn;t worth the extra pinning. I have some on hand if I ever decide to compete again, I'd use it the last 2 weeks to be a little dryer. But other than that, I don't see any advantage. If you're holding that much water, back off on the dosages. I also think it's funny when guys use prop and deca!

Sust can be pinned e3.5d but would be much better pinned Ed or oed for more stable levels.

Why would you pin sust ed or even eod.. defeats the purpose of sust

Thats the worst advice I have heard in a while. Sustanon was developed to be once per week. It is not based on the shortest ester its based on the average of all the esters. Sustanon has the Decoanate ester which lasts I think 15 days. Please do some more reading.

there was a guy on youtube who did a vlog and said he was pinning sustanon EOD and I wrote that he should pin it once a week only and he argued with me and there were several posters who told him that he was correct to pin EOD. amazing how much bad info is out there

if guys want to pin EOD then they should use prop. sustanon should to be pinned every 8 days and ran 14 weeks to take advantage of its long acting esters. only a very small % (about 12%) of sustanon is made up of prop. that means 88% isn't. so not sure why guys treat it like prop when its only 12% of it??

You're right about the misinformation. A little searching on sust around other forums explains where most guys get this idea.

yeah thats what that guy told me on youtube. he said "if you pinned once a week you would get a yo yo" definately its forum guru's spouting this shit is where they are getting it

I stay away from commenting on YouTube. It's mostly 17-20 y/o kids trying to have keyboard wars with eachother. Can't win an argument there lol
