Tb - 500

Nothing super spectacular but a few little tidbits of interesting info. The OP in the thread is recommending 10mg wk though!!! Damn.

Keep in mind medivet who markets the product for vet use supplies it in 6x 10MG vials. Each vial is to be mixed with 2ml sterile water and the dosing for Dogs is 2ml every 4 weeks (ie 10MG) and for horses 2x 2ml (ie 20MG) every 4 weeks.

The above being said human studies have been done using Single bolus injections of 42 mg, 140 mg, 420 mg or 1,260mg. So it does seem to be very well tolerated.

Ahhh....see, I read that on that forum and took it to mean for humans because thats the way it sounded. Without knowing any long term negativities its kinda scary. But I'd be willing to bet we could safely take 10-20mg wk.

Today got my tb-500, 7 vials of 5 mg each. Gonna give my rat 5 mg weekly (spread 5 injections/week) for first 4 weeks. Then switch to 2,5 mg/week next 4 weeks and further 5 mg/month.

What's best time for dosing tb-500:
1) workout days (post- or pre- workout)
2|) rest days

Or it does not matter when inject (simply give it 1mg 5 times a week in the morning or in the evening)?

Didn't know tb-500 half-life, maybe no reason do 5 times a week and 2 injection/week is enough?

5 injections are not needed. If you wanna split it up then go 2.5mg twice a week. Otherwise just pin 5mg once. Do it 4-6 weeks then 5mg month.

Thanks Burnthiscorpse, i will do 2 x 2.5 mg/week for 4 weeks and then, if my rat says his elbows is fine, i switch to 5 mg/month.
Hope tb-500 will make a miracle :)

It should help. BUT dont set your expectations too high for it or you will be dissapointed. For instance..my rat has a real bad strain and knot in his forearm. The kind you would get doing close/reverse grip chins. Been there for months, wont go away did ultrasound yesterday with active release therapy. Have done a bunch of shit but its still fucked up. While all the knots in his back and neck are gone and he feels generally better all around at only 2.5 weeks in it hasnt done much for his forearm. But he tells me he can definatley notice the difference with the thymosin.

Was helping for a while and I think it still is but I've had
Tight hips/si joints for quite a while and they no longer seem to be improving. 2mgs a week going on 2 months now

Ride it like you stole it!!

Well it's still a new compound not enough feedback has happened. It's hard to say but last night my rat went ahead and had another 2 mg and this morning he sure feels limber

Ride it like you stole it!!

From what I understood u run for 5-6 weeks and then once a month as a maintenance dose but for how long do u run the maintenance dose I don't know.

ive been on maintenance for a few months now and i have nothing but good things to say about it... it has helped me with so many little ailments i had... it really works wonders...

Obviously none of us know this for sure science wise. But in your opinion.....you take TB500 then stop after a period. How long would you need to be off to justify doing another loading phase when starting again?

Dylan,

Do you think this stuff can help out with tendinitis? I'm having some issues in my hip and was hoping this would help out, along with some other therapies.

Dylan is my bro, and I will tell you this...my wife has had pretty severe tendinitis in her elbow for years, and when she was taking this and Forged Joint Repair together she had major relief...then when we ran out of tb500 and she has just been taking the Forged Joint...she says she feels a difference and that her tendinitis is bothering her again...so in fact tb500 does work for it! I need to order more for her this week and get her back to feeling good again and get me on it for my now tendon issues.

Thanks, I was hoping as much. I'm foam rolling and icing, but not much progress there yet so I'm optimistic that this will help me on the road to healing up. Just when my lifts were starting to get moving this pops up. Ha.

You can definitely take MA's word for it on bro... His wife has had great results with it... I know this... All of the elbow and joint pain I had is completely gone since I started tb and it helped my shoulder so much as well... I would definitely use it bro...

Hips a complicated joint. The first thing you need to do is stop with the ice, your only hindering healing. Stay with the foam roller and even start using a tennis or lacrosse ball to get into areas like the TFL and upper/outer glutes. When you have certain muscles shorten and tighten, they can pull the whole hip out of whack. Ideally you should find a good chiro/PT to pinpoint the knotty tissue and work on your range of motion.

Is there a age required to post about tb-500 on this board? Is it bad for people under 21 to use? I've had a fucked up shoulder for a while now (my ac joint)

^^^ I dont know the answer to that but thymosin is not a drug. SO why not? Its already in your body.

You should also try and find a good muscoskeletal doc. NOT an ortho and get a doppler ultrasound done on it to see whats going on.

Ive been using gelatin everyday and fishoil stuff. I took 2 months off of any chest pretty much and it got better but it feels pinched again

Hickory North carolina. My parents hate spending money on anything dealing with working out.. So no promises that they will pay for it

Thats seriously gay bro. That sucks. Not having full support is a real downer. You should put your foot in their ass. You have an impingement type issue in your shoulder. Working out or not its a shoulder issue.

Let me guess...... they will tell you to stop working out?

Damn bro...i feel horrible for you. :worried:

to me, there's nothing wrong with taking tb at your age... its not affecting test or hormones in any fashion... i see no problem whatsoever with it as long as you are dosing it properly and understand what your doing, its all good...

I agree. I dont think it will help if he has an impingement issue though. He's going to need some hands on manipulation, maybe ultrasound therapy ect to loosen that shit up.

yes, if there is impingement they will give you ultrasound, then e stim and then try to manipulate the problem... it can be a painful process but that's going to be the procedure... tb is not going to help that sort of problem...

Yeah they tell me that to any problem I have in life. If school is hard they tell me to stop lifting and put all my time to school too. Don't feel bad for me though man! They pay for my gym membership at least! And all the food. Im grateful for what they do give me. Ill talk to my dad about the tb-500 because I also get a lot of pains in elbows/wrists

I know bro but stuff like that pissess me off. I have a monster 11yr old that deads, squats and bp's. Very light still but he does it. I have my foot in his ass already about vitamins , diet choices ect... Drinking a gallon a day ect... So when I see parents not being supportive or even anti supportive to a healthy lifestyle choice in this society of fat disgusting shit bags it really pissess me off.

I can tell you that as soon as you mention TB500 its going to get shot down. Especially once you mention mixing, injecting ect. He will likely have a fit.

Lol sure I do, my parents don't give two shits about fitness. My dad holds state powerlifting records, and hasn't seen the inside of a gym in ten years or more, just a huge 300 pound walking cheeseburger and my mom isn't far behind. They are always having some new form of medical problem too. Bad knees, ankles, high BP, all kinds of shit. They have shit diets and don't workout, and wonder why they are having problems in their 50s.

Matter of fact, my wife and I are the only people in my family or hers that support a healthy lifestyle. Her family are all fat slobs, and my whole family is as well. When I talk about fitness they are like 'yeah i've been meaning to join a gym, do you still workout?' To which I usually reply 'no, I eat fast food every day and watch tv, i'm just naturally jacked as shit..'

My kids wont ever be overweight it's irresponsible and detrimental to your health. No fucking way am I going to die from an obesity related ailment at 40.

Your kids have it good bro, I support you bringing them up healthy. I had to fend for myself and luckily I was good at multiple sports and stayed active up until I joined the Marine Corps.

Good for you and your wife bro. Thats awsome. I only have the one kid but the only way he will have alot of extra bodyfat is if he ends up being 275 as a senior and needs to be over 300 for D1 ball. (based on mom's side he'll be 6'5"-6'7" those cousins and uncles are all 6'6"-6'10")

Holy shit bro lol that's a big kid. My wife is 7 months pregnant and still the thinnest in her family lol. It's sad.

Go with a whey protein based baby formula not that shitty soy. Also my kid started eating boiled chicken put in the food processor and mixed in with his baby food veggies when he was 3.5 mos old. So every little bit helps bro.

Felt good. No problems after pin. Next morning hips and knee felt better. I figured it was placebo but I have a weird thing going on under my left arm in the back and it makes it impossible to reach up my back. It was probably 75% better. Today it is not quite as good but still way better than initially. I'm hoping once I get a buildup in my system those will be more permanent effects. I'm switching to box squats for a while to further help out the situation with my hips. I'm hoping that the combination of things will do the trick. I'm starting PCT for a SARM's run today so we'll see how that affects things as well.

Fired 5mg this morning. 7 days after first pin. I'm estimating about a 20% improvement in my joint pain. Although I jacked up my shoulder Tuesday so this will be a good test to see how it's working. I'll update effects tomorrow.

you will start to really receive full benefits by week 4 if you are doing 5 mg a week... i would load it 6 weeks and then start maintenance after that... im actually doing 10 mg a month for maintenance as opposed to 5... so im doing 5mg every 2 weeks...

+ 1

I did a 6 week load at 5mg wk. Im now approaching my first maintinence dose in 6 days. I can definatley say I needed it last week. I felt a major difference after 2.75 weeks or so. My knots in my back started to come back. My forearm started knotting up on me again. Im going 2.5mg E2W for maintinence. If that doesnt do me right then i'll bump to 5mg E2W

Felt better in the hips today and shoulder is probably 60% which is actually a long way from where it was yesterday. So far, so good. Another round next Thursday.
Question, would 2mg every other week be better, or just hitting 5 a month be better ? Still figuring exactly which way I want to take this.

after a few months of using it, i believe that a good maintenance dose is 5 mg every 2 weeks...

No matter the dose I feel that every 2 weeks gives better results. As I said I could feel it tapering off after about 2.5 weeks.

No worries with any interaction with AAS or supps?

Thymosin is in our bodies. Thymosin beta 4 is just a synthetic (peptide) version of it that we are adding to it. There should be absolutely no interation issues with supplements, AAS or GH. Hell, I'm a walking verification of all three. Its a wonderful thing (tb500)

At least IMO anyways. The benefits go way beyond BB'ing

So pretty much nothing but positives on this? I dont have any serious injuries but at 36ish (37 next week) I def have some nagging little issues.

Best thing to do is to Google thymosin beta 4 and all its uses, effects ect. Know what it will do. Don't just do it cause some BBr's say its G2G.

really can't wait to start up another run of tb-500 and stick to my schedule this time. It really helps me relax when im sore and tense. I might throw it into the tail end of my current cycle with some test, and EQ. I think tb500 and Equipoise would compliment each other very well.

Good.. Another one attacks the dirt. If this is just 50 percent as efficient as individuals say there will be one more satisfied rat out there. gwp restocked their 5s for the individuals that still patiently waiting.

Good to know. Thanks man

Just pulled the trigger and ordered 6 5mg vials of TB500, BAC & 1cc insulin pins.

Hoping this helps my ailing shoulders. It's hard to train when it's almost impossible to lift a glass some days.

well my rat stopped using TB for about 6 weeks and the pain in their neck came back. so i got the guy more TB and injected him yesterday. chemical need got it to me in 2 days flat. today he woke up and the pain was 80% better.. its expensive shit, but it works. and its the only shit that works cause i refuse to give him hard PK's. gonna have him rest his neck for a few days and then let him lift again

If the pain goes away when on and then comes back when off, wouldnt that indicage that it is only masking the pain rather than doing anything to actually heal your rats underlying issues?

Taking that a step further, if it is just masking the pain of your rats injuries, wouldnt your rat be at risk of injuring itself further by continuing to aggravate the underlying condition because the substance is masking the pain/damage?

No actual experience myself, but those were the thoughts that went through my mind when i read that last post.

^^^ possibly yes. its a peptide. and it has anti-inflammation abilities, however unlike PK's and cortico's it also does Endothelial (blood vessels) cell differentiation
Angiogenesis (growth of new blood cells from pre-existing vessels) in dermal tissues
Keratinocyte migration
Collagen deposition

its natural as well

i would say its much much much safer than using cortico's and PK's by far simply because of the cell growth it provides.

but with all research chemicals you need to do your homework

obviously you never want to hammer away at an injury ever. so rest is important along with this treatment

I've been having an issue with the palmerus longus muscle in one forearm. It's thin middle muscle of the three when you look at the inside forearm. HOWEVER....not everyone has one. Yes Google it.
Anyways....it knots the fuck up like concrete. Been getting ART, ultrasound ect....it is getting better. But TB500 has helped. When TB500 wore off a few weeks ago cause I waited too long I kinda felt it again a little. It definatley wasn't worse though and I have been beating the shit out of myself intensity wise.

Wish it'd help more with my piriformis muscle.. is causing nerve pain maybe it is some and I don't realize it.

How long did it take any of you guys notice muscles loosen up if were having that kind of problem?

Have lots of muscle knots in my back, terres minor, lower traps ect... Don't remember exactly but inside a week it was noticably better.

Yeah that's kind of what I'm thinking for me too. Just hard to tell because started doing pt for it around the same time. Overall I feel looser and recovering better.

Pinned my first 5mg of TB-500 Saturday. I can already feel a difference in my shoulders. Looking forward to what it feels like once I am fully loaded!

Great thread guys, so general consensus is: that with any more permanent issues that will likey be with us for life or a very long time while we lift, tb500 acts as an aid to healing and removes most issues that are associated with these disorders e.g movement, pain etc, while being administered but once usgae stops they will likely return.
And with smaller underlying or niggly problems tb500 will completely heal them up, without the return of the issue once administration has stopped.

I know this is a very vague statement but does this sound correct ?

I am very interested in this as i had abit of my shoulder shaved off to allow room for the infra-spinatus tendon, i was suffering from inpingement as my shoulder bone curved ever so slightly inwards and was there was not enough room for the tendon to move properly and so got impinged and then became very inflamed.
I had ultra sound and MRI scans to diagnose the disorder apparently my tendon is actually ok and has no tares, micro tares or any major damage to the actual tendon, just normal ware from all the usage over the years and from the sports. I am just waiting patiently for it too heal and i can feel some bruising if i try to lift and other pain, but id expect this.

So my question is do you think as this will be only a temporary ailment i could run TB500 along with some osta sarms in an attempt to heal this up much faster and would it stay healed with no future pain once the TB500 and osta is stopped ?
My thoughts are yes as its just an operational injury and recovery (hopefully) but im interested to know what you guys think on the matter and surgey recovery ?
thanks in advance guys....

Still on. 2.5 units every two weeks. Seems to be doing the job. I have some injuries and they as better. Other places where I had nagging type things, they are all gone.

What? No! What would make you think that? Do you even know what it is??

Just asking, in page 4 someone said it helped him abit :

`` Same here Keith even 2 mg a month seems to be fixing a little bacne I had from 100 mgs winny a long while ago

Ride it like you stole it!! ``

I think they may have been referring to scars. But in any case, I'd like to hear updates as well!

I ran 2 mg a week for 4 weeks re the loading phase. I am post hip surgery and it got me back into boxing ASAP so i loved it! However, I found the maintenance phase (waiting 4 weeks) a problem as the benefits just didn't last and inflammation returned . So I am now on a maintenance dosage of 5mg every 2 weeks, for a total of 4 weeks as I am training for a comp and training hard 4 x per week. After the comp i will more than likely stop. This is working out ok, but no comparison to the loading phase which had the greatest benefits.

Hope that all makes sense!

Then why not just stick with 2mg a week like you did then? You're actually using more than that now (2.5mg/week), just less frequently.

Correct. I'm always conservative when I first try a new substance, hence the 2 mg per wk loading. However my training has changed and I have an event to account for in 2 weeks, so the high dose (albeit fortnightly) is temporary.

Iv used tb500 on a impingement or slap tear and herniated disc.

5 mg weekly for 8 weeks.

Didnt do shit for my herniated disc.

And for my shoulder rc impingement or slap tear, it helped me get back in the gym. I couldnt raise my arm without tb500 and 20-30 rep range of hammer chest press machine ache my shoulder. I was in a depression because lifting was all i had to look forward to.

But tb500 allowed me to get in the gym.. I now use hammer chest press machine in the 8-12 rep range!! Pain free.

I still cant do any dumbbell work or my joint will feel achey as hell :(

But atleast i can train my chest again and make progress. Even if its only hammer chest press machine.

I also do shoulder raise machine...

Unfortunely i dont think i will ever be the same without surgery but atleast i can train every body part again without any pain. Sometimes a little little achey but nothing hurts i just feel something is wrong in my shoulder .. Not like the extreme pain i got before...

Gonna go on this for a nagging back injury that never seems to heal up by itself.

Basicly i got some herniated discs that have healed but a few years ago i reinjured them and im having a really hard time getting back on track.

Im not just trying this though ive been doing chiro/art/acupuncture combined with physio and yoga.

Ive read everything i could find about spine rehab including stuart mcgills work and alot of postural/corrective exersize stuff.

Before my injury i was in to bjj and lifting for strength/performance.

I have been able to work out a bit the last year but its really hard since my back keeps flaring up from time to time.

Also ive never done any ped's before so im a virgin to sticking needles in myself.

Anyone have a youtube guide on how to do it in a safe way?

Just popped my needle cherry with this stuff.

I started with 2mg subq'd.

Gonna do another 2mg in a few days then another 4mg next week followed by 2mg per week for another month.

After that i will do a shot every 2weeks or so.

Have run 1 cycle of TB 500 post surgery and it worked well, however I did find the monthly maintenance dose didn't carry the effects for the entire month.

I would be interested to know how many cycles you guys have done, how long for? Break in between cycles? Does cycles 2, 3, 4 etc have the same effect?
What about sides? Interested to hear more ESP now that tb500 has been around for a couple of years

What about sides? Interested to hear more ESP now that tb500 has been around for a couple of years

Every 2 weeks maintenance dose I've found.

If possible inject directly into problematic muscle

hey guys, I know this is an old thread but I am a little confused. A friend of mine gave me a protocol that does not make much sense. If I want to give my rat 2 milligrams per week, would i just mix two milliliters of back water and pin 1 milliliter on Monday and one milliliter on Thursday? or could I just do mix 1 milliliter and do. 5 Monday and. 5 Thursday? Thanks

I like to inject tb500 pre and post workout split dose no matter how much

tb500 half life is enough to inject at least ED like most peptides
2 injections/week not enough you wont feel much recovery

if you want full recovery go with TB500 and ostarine mk2866 stacked btw
