People who gain lean mass but are not bulking or having many carbs...

He sometimes works away for a few days at a time and lives on tuna for large parts of the day - yet recently he has put on 7lbs in a few weeks yet he is not bulking! And has very few carbs in the evening....he does not go on bulking diets, very clean eater (does use Trenbolone & winny) so how does he keep gaining? For me unless I go all out on bulking I cannot gain weight - I always assumed it was one or the other - cutting or bulking and don't fall into the trap off falling in between the two if trying to gain weight?

bro its totally possible... i have gained over 20 lbs. since august and have not been bulking at all and my body fat has dropped from 7% to 6%... its very possible if done precisely... trust me... im a living example... My goal is to get to 225 with 6% body fat and I will get it!

Can you tell me how you do it please and how is it possible without a calorie surplus?

lol bro i cant just "tell you how to do it" in like a paragraph... it would take me days to tell you how... hows this... i train 7 days a week... i run over 50 miles a week, i stairclimb another 50 and oh I do 50 on the elliptical as well... so thats 150 miles a week, at a rapid pace... THEN i lift 6 days a week... and I just don't lift, I lift fucking hard, harder than you can imagine... Then I eat a perfect diet every single day... and I run cycles, i run stacks, i do it all... incorporating all these things into one, being dedicated, motivated and driven every single day to do what's right and that's how it is done... that's how i do it...

i forgot to mention... i write down everything i do, every calorie i eat, every rep i lift... that way is something changes, i know where to pinpoint if something isn't working or what is working... i keep record of everything!

Wow that's dedication for you

thanks bro!

Dylan I like to think my workouts are really intense, people tell me they are and I've had many people drop off working with me I'd love to see a vid of one of your workouts... You show yours I'll show you mine haha?

Also you MUST be eating a caloric surplus or you would not be gaining weight, "bulking" or not

loll maybe someday i'll make a video! =)

i eat about 3500 - 3600 cals a day right now... definitely not a surplus... my protein is at about 500 grams a day...

Dylan's style of training is a big different than normal, but it has worked well for him....and that is what its all about. Finding what works for YOU and everyone is different. What works for me, may not for Dylan, and what works for him may not work for me ;)

Exactly... Its not the most conventional way but it works for me and thats the key... Everyones body reacts differently and figuring out what works for you is the key
