Ok so let me tell you the whole story of this kid....skinny, thinks he's hot shit college kid. (the gym is right across the street from 2 colleges). I'd just came back from my run outside in the rain and felt like I hadn't lifted enough. Problem I have. Decided to do some supersets of elevated pushups, weighted bench dips w/ my feet up and crunches. Normally I put my feet on a wooden box but it was being used so I turned in a few circles looking for something to use(mind you the y is packed now). There was a broken bench in the corner and I figured it'd work. Apparently this kid was watching me bc he came to help....at the gym I don't talk. I don't socialize. I don't make eye contact with ppl. And I sure as hell don't need anyone's help....so I told him I didn't need help. He says "no its ok sweetheart. Ill get it. You can't possibly get that." Wtf?! I wasn't so ladylike and used a few choice words that ended in "my arms are bigger than yours. F off!" Then proceeded to do dips with 2-45plates on my lap just cuz I was pissed. So that was that. ;)

Thanks d!!! 1 little one is easy for me. I love kids. When I grow up I want to be an elementary art teacher. Mainly bc I get the best parts of the day with the kids when they're having fun then send them back home to their parents! Haha

Were not going for strength so that's why owls got me on high volume. Trying to make my butt look purrty. Lol. I could probably knock out a 5x5x225 squat if I needed to but don't dare ask me to do a pull up! Lmao

I don't talk to girls at the gym. I think it's lame but I've always been confused by something. Some say they don't want to be bothered but they dress sexy to the gym. I wear clean clothes but they are beat and tattered. If there was a female version of me at the gym, guys wouldn't bug because they would have no idea what's going on under the clothes. T shirt and shorts - all baggy

There is a table of 4 girls who all on numerous occasions have asked me to train them at the gym, write diets for them(which I did), chastised me for being a skinny Barbie doll, applauded me for turning down cupcake after cupcake that are passed around the floor. As they are now sitting at the table with bags of McDonalds, Zaxbys and slices of cake they all wanted to know how I stay so 'skinny?'

My answer today...."not eating like you." ;) enjoy the rest of your day y'all!

So my workout got royally f-ed up yesterday! Supposed to do legs but couldn't get on anything even the Smith machine so I made the best of it and did triceps and cardio.

Today I did legs. Can't skip them no matter what.

Thanks Max! I completely agree. I feel like I get the most gain in strength and mass is when I do a different workout combo every week. I'm noticing some pretty good changes in my legs and butt already in these last two weeks. I hate lunges with a passion but the dayum things work. Lol

kettlebell swings(10lbs) x12reps/walking lunges w/ twist w/ 14lb medicine ball x12each leg

30 sec rest

Superset: 3 sets 30 sec rest btw sets
4sprints at 30 sec on treadmill turned off. Moving the belt myself. 30 sec rest btw sprints/kettlebell swings. Instead of bringing it overhead like the first round.d I brought it to shoulder height pulled it in to my shoulder and then pushed it back out to level then go again. (Need to go.heavier weight next time)

1 min rest

Superset: 3 sets 10 sec rest
Trial pushups/wide pushups/underhand bicep pullups x 12 all on the Smith bar set at thigh height

30 sec rest

Elliptical: 15 min at 10 resistance

Crunch chair: 4*100

First time I'd ever done them. One of the trainers recommended them halfway through my shoulder press set so I just tacked them on. I liked them a lot! My triceps are still sore from Sunday so they were a bit hard. Definitely doing them again though
