I am totally jump rope illiterate too. I have to double jump like a little kid.
HIIT on the Stepmill is awesome - def try it! There have been days I worry my legs won't hold me when I get off it!

Stepmill: 1 HR 4.2 floors per min
Squats: 6*10*155, 1*10*155drop
Leg press: 6*12*280, 1*12*280 drop
Extensions: 6*12*100, 1*12*100drop
Ham curls: 6*12*100, 1*12*100drop
Butt lift: 5*10*50+drop
Sprints: 30 min 2 mi. Walk 1 min sprint....not great. No energy in my sprints but finished them
