I am totally jump rope illiterate too. I have to double jump like a little kid.

HIIT on the Stepmill is awesome - def try it! There have been days I worry my legs won't hold me when I get off it!

Now I really feel better about my jump rope skills or lack there of.

Hell yes! I love killing my legs. Jumping rope will totally do it too. And fast.
I'm pretty sure I look like a fool doing it but it doesn't really matter, I do it at home so no one is watching anyways lol.

Its not so much that I look like a regard doing it LOL but the fact that I can't actually make the dayum thing function! My hand, arms, feet and legs.refuse to participate as one!

Its Monday!!! Long work day so split workout today.

Sprints: 30 min 2 min walk 1 min sprint

Got a cramp in my calf and got on the stepmill for 10 min to work it out....my old photo professor hopped on next to me. (82years old btw). Got losy in convetsation and ended up doing 30 min on the stepmill. Lol

Great start to my week! Can only get better from here. Shoulders tonight.

I'm going to try and start video taping myself when I lift soon so that I can make sure my form is correct too. I workout alone so I can't always be sure I'm doing it right. This cutting thing is alot harder than I expected but I feel like im putting up decent numbers for not being on anything. Im at the start of my 6th week and feeling great! Probably going to be cutting for 3 more weeks then the real fun starts!!!

Awe y'all are too sweet. Cangal I haven't a clue what class, as far as I know ill be doing figure but well see how I progress in the next few months. I've got a great support system right now that's pushing every moment of everyday to do better than the day before. Keeps me going!

Thought of you today when I did intervals on the stepmill! :) Not true HIIT because I didn't push myself as hard as I could have, by my legs were shaking at then end and I was drenched! :)

It wouldn't be hell if you didn't fight for it!
