I'm in the middle of my first cycle.
Week 1-10: Dbol - started with 15mg ED and built up to 50 and will come down to 15mg again at the end. I was told that my Dbol was underdosed and not great. I totally believe this. My sources were limited at the time. Because of you bros, I'll never have that problem again
Week 2-9: Sus 300mg EW
The results have been alright. I've enjoyed the mild increases in strength and size (about 7 lbs so far, not expecting too much more; What do you think?) The best part of this experience has been losing the fear of the unknown and the injection and learning tons of stuff from all of you guys while constantly reading here.
I'm ready to finish this cycle and PCT (thanks Needto) so that I can move on to my next one. How long should I wait?
Here's where I'm at:
5'10"
200lbs
15% BF
I eat about 3000 cal a day, 200+ grams of protein. I try to keep the carbs in check. I only have time to lift 3x per week. I do 3 full body work outs (1 low reps, another high, and another at 4x12).
I want to start putting together my next cycle. What do you think I should do? The goal is to get YOLKED. . .like everyone else! I wouldn't mind adding another 10+ pounds of rock hard muscle and dropping 5+% of that bodyfat.
So. . .cycle advice, for sure, and training and diet would be a bonus. As an FYI,(I can handle 2 injections per week for now).
