People suggest all natural peanut butter, which is as the name suggest just peanuts.
It has no sugar. It is 1/2 fat, but mainly unsaturated fats, which are heart healthy.
It is a good food although a tad overrated as a "bodybuilding staple" (basically, almonds/avocados are more nutrient dense; PB does disrupt your omega 6/3 balance quite significantly). The reasons for its extreme popularity are partly taste driven

My local grocer sells this dry roasted nut blend that I love. Almonds, Pistachios, and cashews with just a little sea salt. I am eating two 10oz bags a week lol. Very good stuff!!
I really like avocados too. Mmm.. Avocados and eggs...
i eat 6 pieces of whole wheat toast with 1tbsp of natural pb per slice and a protein shake for one of my meals. it has 1 or 2 grams of sugar and the fats are mostly good fats. almonds and other nuts are better but peanut butter taste so good, especially when your cutting, it gets addicting.
There's no faster way to shovel down decent calories when bulking. I will take a bowl of oatmeal, mix in a scoop or 2 of whey, then get out a new ANPB jar.
1. Dip spoon into ANPB jar
2. Take spoon now covered with ANPB and dip in oats/whey
3. Consume with delight.
4. Repeat until ANPB jar is half empty.
Or if you are cutting and REALLY hardcore, try the ANPB diet by MR X. (see stickies)
