Yes, I think you made some valid points. I also believe
varying the workouts is one of the most important things
but more importantly is to find out what works bestfor
each individual.
I've found 3X per week is it for me. Mon, Wed, Fri.
That's it. Even when juicing it's still that but much
heavier.
I especially liked the post about 10 sets of 10 but
only 1 exercise for that body part. I will try that
one next off cycle. I have a feeling it will be a good
routine.
March 1 I get to use capitals in my handle for my posts
again. I can hardly wait.
