: : Yes, I think you made some valid points. I also believe
: : varying the workouts is one of the most important things
: : but more importantly is to find out what works bestfor
: : each individual.
: : I've found 3X per week is it for me. Mon, Wed, Fri.
: : That's it. Even when juicing it's still that but much
: : heavier.
: : I especially liked the post about 10 sets of 10 but
: : only 1 exercise for that body part. I will try that
: : one next off cycle. I have a feeling it will be a good
: : routine.
: : March 1 I get to use capitals in my handle for my posts
: : again. I can hardly wait.
: : Later, Bigcanuk.

: Every other day is it for me too ( Except for legs which I take two days off ) .
: I dont have a lot of time to train , So I use alot of intensity techniques ( like
: stripping , Negatives ( A PERSONAL Fav. ) and supersets ) . But I have to use them
: sparringly even when Im running Hot .

I do the same thing as Bigcanuk, regardless of whether or not I am cranking. I try to keep my excercises basic(ie:bench, squat, deadlift, etc) and increase the weights in tiny increments each week(like 1-2lbs per week). This way your body doesn't have too much more to recover from than last week. I like to change the excersises every once in awhile, but I also change the amount of reps, speed of reps etc. much more often, so that my body doesn't adapt to it.

Bye for now,
Crankman
