Every other day is it for me too ( Except for legs which I take two days off ) .
I dont have a lot of time to train , So I use alot of intensity techniques ( like
stripping , Negatives ( A PERSONAL Fav. ) and supersets ) . But I have to use them
sparringly even when Im running Hot .
