Training frequency for us (serious bbuilders)

Hello friends,

I've seen a few posts about training these days and i perceived that there are some
people advocating more frequent workouts to maximize muscle growth.
Don't you believe that training harder and infrequently is much better? I've used lots of training schedules
and what worked best for me is 2 day on/1 day off routine. I know the best approach is still to vary as much as you can
but what i've learned through the years is that your body doesn't recover as fast as you get stronger. And if we are in juice we gain
much more power than our body can tolerate.
