I'm a college wrestler. We cut weight, BIG-TIME! Over 15%-%18 of our bodyweight in one day, sometimes. I am seeking info on diuretics to help me achieve this weight loss more easily. Even more importantly, I'm seeking info on how to replenish my drained body so I'll be at a peak weight and performance level in order to gain an edge on my competition. Ideas I've come up with so far to replace my lost fluid and glycogen are insulin to go along with an IV bag, creatine, and lots of water and glucose. Any suggestions on how to go from "wasted" and energyless to "huge" and amped in less than 30 hours?
