: I'm a college wrestler. We cut weight, BIG-TIME! Over 15%-%18 of our bodyweight in one day, sometimes. I am seeking info on diuretics to help me achieve this weight loss more easily. Even more importantly, I'm seeking info on how to replenish my drained body so I'll be at a peak weight and performance level in order to gain an edge on my competition. Ideas I've come up with so far to replace my lost fluid and glycogen are insulin to go along with an IV bag, creatine, and lots of water and glucose. Any suggestions on how to go from "wasted" and energyless to "huge" and amped in less than 30 hours?
Lets try another approach to this problem, unless you want your girlfriend to get some life insurance money from your death. I'll need some additional info. I'm not sure of the rules/regulations concerning you level of play so lets start with this, what is your normal weight??? what is the weight class you are assigned to??? How long do you diet before a meet??? Is there any testing (DRUG) at your level??? When are you offically weighed in??? Whats the time difference between offical weigh in and your match??? Can they reweigh you after the match??? please get back with me and we'll figure something out!!! Be careful and watch your back!!! Hulkster
