To whom it may concern:
I'm am a 17 year old Football player who is corcerned over tution for college. I have been traing with weights for a little over 3 years now.
I bench press 280lbs and squat 450lbs. I am 5'10 and a solid 190lbs. The problem is this. I come from a low income family, and i myself work 6 days a week. I am an exelent player and many college coaches say that if i could gain 25lbs or so that I would have a chance to play Division 1.
The Point is this. I NEED TO GAIN 25LBS! I've tried the dieting but just have too busy a schedule to stick to it. I take already take a preworkout ephedrine stack
and I load up on Creatine and other suppliments but it's just not happening. My strength goes up but my mass doesn't. If anyone has any suggestions that could help I would greatly apperciate it.
