: To whom it may concern:
: I'm am a 17 year old Football player who is corcerned over tution for college. I have been traing with weights for a little over 3 years now.
: I bench press 280lbs and squat 450lbs. I am 5'10 and a solid 190lbs. The problem is this. I come from a low income family, and i myself work 6 days a week. I am an exelent player and many college coaches say that if i could gain 25lbs or so that I would have a chance to play Division 1.
: The Point is this. I NEED TO GAIN 25LBS! I've tried the dieting but

Dieting? Why are you dieting if you need to _GAIN_ 25 pounds? This is irrational. What you need to do is, eat like a motherfucker. If you can eat 3500 calories _more_ every day, you can get your 25 pounds in about as many days. At this level, it doesn't matter what you eat. Just do it a lot (of course, about 80% of that extra weight will be fat, so I guess it all depends on what position you play...)

: just have too busy a schedule to stick to it. I take already take a preworkout ephedrine stack

Taking ephedrine in your case is counterproductive. Drop it; you may raise a few more pounds, but you won't gain weight as quickly as you want (ephedrine is a stimulant and will make you lose weight/reduce your appetite).

: and I load up on Creatine and other suppliments but it's just not happening. My strength goes up but my mass doesn't. If anyone has any suggestions that could help I would greatly apperciate it.

I'm serious - if you eat that much more/day, your strength will continue to go up and you'll gain the weight you need.
