: To whom it may concern:
: I'm am a 17 year old Football player who is corcerned over tution for college. I have been traing with weights for a little over 3 years now.
: I bench press 280lbs and squat 450lbs. I am 5'10 and a solid 190lbs. The problem is this. I come from a low income family, and i myself work 6 days a week. I am an exelent player and many college coaches say that if i could gain 25lbs or so that I would have a chance to play Division 1.
: The Point is this. I NEED TO GAIN 25LBS! I've tried the dieting but just have too busy a schedule to stick to it. I take already take a preworkout ephedrine stack
: and I load up on Creatine and other suppliments but it's just not happening. My strength goes up but my mass doesn't. If anyone has any suggestions that could help I would greatly apperciate it.

Hardass...I also came from a low income family and
used my athletic ability to land a scholarship to
a Div.I college. You stated in your post
that you're 5'10" 190lb. and want to get up to
215lb. in order to land the scholarship. What
position do you play? Offense/Defense?
Believe me, on the collegiate level, coaches only
care about SPEED!!! If your 190 and run 4.5 your
chances of landing the scholarship look good.
Don't resort to using steriods now. I know a
lot of people may give me a hard time for
saying this, but I think you should rely more on
your training (heavy lifting, plyos, quickness drills)
to enhance your athletic performance, at this stage
in the game, you're test levels are high enough.
Good Luck,
