I work out for about 1 hour a day, six days a week, for
2 reasons: 1. I work too much, and 2. I don't seem to
have the energy to put my heart in to it for much
longer. Ordinarily I work only 1 body part rather than
2. By the way (no flames please) I don't get to do
much cardio. But I am making progress, albeit slow.
What does this sound like to you? Some of my friends
tell me I should only do 4 days per week and 2 body
parts. I'd like opinions on this.
