I think you have a good routine. If your not a com
petitive bodybuilder. One must pay attention to several
basic principles.

1) consistency
2) intensity (power out-put per muscle group) P= W x T
3) Rest ( which you have plenty of)
4) Diet

If you are following these you are good to go.

And I dont care what the rest of you Yo Yo 's think
you dont need to train your whole body in three days
nor has the volume approach been proven more effective
than total power output. I will be more than happy to explain
if anyone is interested, and provide peer reviewed
literature to back it up.
