I got the same problem on all bicep and rowing, and
chinup exercises. Burning pain hurts like hell. My
pain seems to be primarily in two places- the tendon
that connects the bicep at the elbow and on the forearm
at the top and outer part of my forearm near the elbow.
I take lots of ibuprophen and glucosamine sulfate
to get by but it persists. I suspect tendonitus in
my case but dont want to take the layoff. I guess
I'll have to though for it to heal. I am also going
to try wrapping my elbows on my next back workout
to see if that helps.
