: Could be right..... I never use straps even on

able

sounds
: like 3 weeks off, take glucosamine sulfate,
start

: I had severe tendon pain in my arm once. It
came from taking Anadrol. Some steroids will
weaken tendons and ligaments. The only solution
is to rest that bitch before you need surgery.
You'll rip it right off the bone, if you just take
pain killers and try to work through it. I had to
take off a full month while using a sling on my
arm. Also try a heating pad when it hurts. The
key is let it heal, then start back light and
increase weight as able. Take it slow or you will
get it back again. Also, try a different
steroid; the one you took probablly had alot to
do with it.
