Okay, here is the problem, I have this forearm pain from hell, ever time i do some type of curling exercise, or if I have to swing the dumbbells up(heavy incline press,shoulder press) I get this pain in my forearms. It feels like shin splints. Also my elbows have been hurting. I have been off juice for about 2 months now and it still is bothering me. I know I should go a little lighter, but that doesn't always help. I also warm up(probably not enough). I have been working forearms alot to try and strengthen them up. any other suggestions are welcome
