Could be right..... I never use straps even on my
heavy deadlifts, weighted chins or bent rows because
I have this stupid idea that my grip should be able
to keep up and a chain is only as strong as its
weakest link etc. (stupid I know). Solution sounds
like 3 weeks off, take glucosamine sulfate, start
back lite with wraps and straps then cycle back up
to heavier weight over another 3-4 weeks?
