Pre Intra & Post Excercise Drinks

baby aspirin is a great suppliment for general well being everyone should be taking 2 a day unless you have serious heart problems.
 
Pre (30 min prior) - 10 BCAA, 10 L-Glutamine, 50 Whey Isolate, 30 Vitargo
Intra - 10 BCAA, 10 L-Gluatamine, 10 EAA, 30 Vitargo
Post - 10 BCAA, 10 L-Glutamine, 50 Whey Isolate, 60-100 Vitargo, 10 EAA
 
Awesome reply, now whats the basis of your use for each? Id like to get a firm understanding of each.
 
Pre - 100g raw oats, 70g Protein Blend (Whey, cassein, egg)
During - 20g Peptopro (Casein Hydrolysate - see peptopro.com) + 10g BCAA + 10g Glutamine + 3g Vitamin C
Post - 60g ON Whey + 40g glucose

1 hr after Post --- meal
 
pre - carb loading meal + whey scoop + red blast
during - sip on gatorade so i don't die of low blood sugar especially on HIIT days
post - 2x whey scoop + 60g dextrose/malto + 1tsp glutamine + carb load meal 45 mins later
