Diet Update 1/01/05-3/21/05

Ok guys Diet update.....

This is my current diet. Revised and will follow for another month and take more pictures.

(these times are estimates)

Brown Rice/Egg Whites
Protein Drink w/ Non Fat Milk.

10:00
Go Lean Crunch Cerial w/ non fat Milk

Smucker's Nautural Penut Butter W/O BREAD

Tuna in the Can(1 can) WITH BREAD

Smuckers Nautural Penut Butter(2 tbsp)

Shrimp boiled (2cups)
MY DINNER IS ALWAYS ROTATED BETWEEN CHICKEN/FISH/SHRIMP/MEAT

And if i eat later then this i will usually eat an apple.
Current Sups: EC/Green Tea/MultiVitamins/Fish and flax oils.

I just recently started the above diet, so i hope to see results within a month. Will 100% starting the gym this wed so will definately see results with this good cutting diet. Thanks guys for all the help. Any info/advice is nice.

I can tell im loosing weight, and now that im taking pictures along the way i can see the results too, i recomend anyone who can take pictures along the way to track progress to do so, it really helps in the motivation.

Keep up the hard work man...........just an FYI, so you arent mislead, looking at the pics, you appear to be closer to the 18-20% now and higher in the two weeks prior.....youll get there.........
 
really? that high? Damn lol. god damn BF caliber! but hey! imm still loosing! imma havta go and recheck everything, but thanks!

You think i got a low reading because i did the 4 point Bf test, like my right bicep and tricep, and my right shoulder blade. The BF was low in the other 3 spots, and high in the gut. Maybe thats why i got low reading? But ill re-check when i get home Thanks!

You did your own BF? Have someone else do it. You'll get better results. Looking at your pics I would ask what your training looks like. How much cardio are you doing and when? How much resistance training and when? What does your split look like and how long have you been training the way you are training now?

Your diet looks ok but I would consider throwing out the PB, Cereal, and bread. I would try to add some actual solid protiens like chicken and do away with the protein drink as well. There are too many sugars there to do you much good. If at all possible don't drink your protein.

Last thing I would do is throw some ruffage in there. I don't see any vegetables at all. They will help fill you up and keep you regular. Besides you will expend more energy burning through most of them if you eat them raw.

Just some thoughts.

Im following same Diet Plan, just modified a little to balance in my PWOS. Eating around 2k cals daily. Cardio 5X daily Lifting 4X. I love it when i can get to gym to run 7 days a week. But 5X Always.

Hopeing to be around 180 LBS by May 27, with a lower BF%. Maybe around 12-13 by May, But i will be down to the 10's in couple months. Thanks Guys!

One thing that I have noticed with my weight loss...and I see it with you also, the upper part of the belly button sags a little. It's ok though, it tightens up. I have another body part that resembles yours and that is the chest. If I could just get them squared off underneath then I would be one happy mofo.
You are looking better bro! keep up the good work and stay motivated...don't forget to allow yourself a reward (cheat day) every once in a while so you won't get bored with it. Mine was yesterday, had a piece of home made carrot cake with icing and a couple keebler cookies LOL, Damn, they were good too!
Pics always help, but I take them a little less often.

Of course your BF caliper may not be accurate as far as the total %, but one thing they are good for is measuring progress. Even if they are not correct, one time you might squeeze up 25mm on the gut but then in a couple of weeks or so ...you might get 20 mm. So at least you can measure your progress and the mirror can always tell you when your total BF% is at the right place to suit you!

Ya the BF% might not be right on, but its a way to track what im loosing. Yep ill get my stomach to tighten up in couple months just takes time,(i had my cheat day, had some theature popcorn from popsecret (80cals popped lol so it wasnt a big cheat it just tasted so damn good lol)). Ya right now my chest is what i am focusing on right now. I will have it back up to par in little while. Just got back to the gym so far i only hit the chest 2 times, so time will help that out nicely. In fact i love whata good chest looks like reguarless of the gut ya know(the gut will one day be gone) but a nice chest slims everything down IMO(well maybe it just makes the body more easier on the eyes). So hopefully several months and hard work ill be in top shape. Thanks for the pointouts now i can work harder lol
