I am 37 years old, 6’3”, 216lbs. I have always been in good shape and no stranger to the gym. However, over the past couple years I got up to 238lbs. So today I am in week 10 of 12 of the “Body for Life” Program/Diet. I plan to maintain the same diet for the foreseeable future. Thus far the results are very good. I am now 216lbs (goal is 205- 210), lean, strong, and have gained good muscle mass.
My routine consists of: 5:00am work out for about 1hour 20 min. and keep heart rate up. I do weights 6 days a week hitting each muscle group twice a week and do cardio for 35-45 min. 3 times a week. Prior to my work out I drink 16oz. water. After I work out I wait 1 hour ( I was told I would burn more fat if I did this) to eat. Typically, 3 egg whites with veggies, or oatmeal. For the most part the other 5 meals/snacks are low/no fat, high protein, low carb, and decent amount calories; with each of I drink 16oz. of water.
Over all I am very pleased. However, I want more…. I want to build on the foundation I have created. I want good mass, size, strength, and to get very cut up. As a result I obtained Sustanon & Stanozolol (Winstrol) to use in a stack for an 8-week cycle. My planned cycle is as follows (of which I am in week 2, day 2): Week 1 - 1.0ml/wk Sustanon & 1 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol); Week 2 - 1.5ml/wk Sustanon & 1 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol); Week 3 - 1.5ml/wk Sustanon & 1 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol); Week 4 - 1.5ml/wk Sustanon & 1.25 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol); Week 5 – 2.0ml/wk Sustanon & 1.5 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol); Week 6 - 1.5ml/wk Sustanon & 1 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol); Week 6 - 1.0ml/wk Sustanon & 1 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol); Week 8 - 1.0ml/wk Sustanon & 1 ml/day Stanozolol (Winstrol).
