Juggernaut training system spreadsheet?

I have a stupid question. I'm getting ready to start the juggernaut training system but I can't find a spreadsheet! My question is can anyone direct me where I can find a spreadsheet to print???

Do you have Microsoft office on your PC? If so, theres a program called excel. You can use this program to create spreadsheets. Theres even a tutorial online you can watch.
