Zyglamail, Ironmaster and GH vets

I've been on GH for 6 weeks now. 2IU's (6on, 1off) for 4.5 weeks and then upped it to 4IU's (6on, 1off). I am also on a cycle of EQ 600mg/wk and Primo 300mg/wk. My questions:

1. I tend to hold a lot of water with AS even at mild doses, hence I'm on 1mg Liquidex ED, 20mg Nova ED, 50mg Proviron ED. Also on GH, I feel I retain water. Since I upped my dose to 4IU's, I noticed my hands feel kind of turgid, similar to if you let your hands hang down for a long period of time and blood accumulates in them. No pain or tingling though. Do you think this is a side effect of GH? It's only slightly uncomfortable, so should I continue at this dose or cut back?

2. Would a dieuretic e.g. 20mg Lasix help in cutting down the bloat? Or is there any other 'safer' dieuretic I can use? I have tried Dandelion root but that hasn't made a difference.

3. Liquidex probably helps with AAS related bloat but I still get hold water. Does it do anything for GH-related water retention?

Thank you all for your advice.

Getgo-
While I am not a vet of GH, I started my first GH cycle and have been running it for ~12 weeks now. I too get the turgid hands with no tingling or pain. Since this never occured until I did the GH I have to believe that is where it originates from.
I started at 1iu/day and am currently running 3ius/day and have had this sensation in my hands regardless of the dose.

I dont get any water retention from the GH but I do from AAS. You might want to try liquidex combined with nolva as that combo helped me combat the retention. Make sure you also watch your diet for too much salt, drink lots of water and make sure you include frequent high sweat cardio sessions.

Cant help on the diuretic, sorry.

GH causes retention of sodium for one which in turn causes water retention. A lot of this also occurs in collogen which is what is the main component of tendons/ligaments/catriledge etc. This excess water in these areas helps cushion joint and restore flexability. As we age these areas hold less and less water making them less flexible and more prone to damage. However as you can imagine should the water retention become too much then the joints feel full and still. I honestly dont like the idea of dieuretics unless you are preparing for a show or somthing I think the less crap ya take the better. I would just cut back on the GH to 3IU and see how it goes. Also since you tend to hold more sodium while on GH you may want to cut back on sodium in your diet.
