ZMA and AGININE good for diet?

I have been looking into combineing these two supplements into my diet as what I read it sounds good but you never know till you try it. I am also haveing some trouble getting good sleep lately so maybe the ZMA will help with that also. I am haveing some trouble finding large amounts at a good price I dont really like small amounts of supplemts so if anyone knows a good place to pick some up that would be great. Here is the ratio I am looking for also:
30mg zinc
450mg magnesium
10mg b6
arginine would have to be with out caffeine as I already use those occasionally and this would need to be for bedtime.
Thanks,

NOW Foods always sells quality. As far as ZMA from my experience and some research articles, its overrated and not worth the money. Arginine is ok but not necessary. I would recommend a nice BCAA formula. I use my sponsors BCAA+EAA from LG Sciences. Good stuff. I know optimum has a nice liquid as well.

I do think L- carnitine has some positives in research for fat burning. Also GABA helps me sleep well personally. Those are some options.
