Ok so I saw on the home page about the product ZIP that changes T4 to T3 increasing the T3 from your thyroid in burning fat. Anyone know anything about this? I am interested to know if it works. I still have 50 pounds to go and it seems like it will take forever! I know good diet and excercise, which I do, that is why I have lost 20 pds. Just wanted to know what anyone else thinks...

Might as well just use real T3. But keep in mind that T3 is not a magic bullet and easily backfires and will strip you of all your muscles. Or just not plain work at all. It's really controversial to use it here and eveyrone reacts way differently to it. Some loose weight on 12.5 mcg others on 150mcg. Myself i never lost fat on it, but it sure took my muscles in a hurry. Screw it, just exercise. It will take time but you'll get there.
 
From my experience most supplements do squat.

All you need is a good multivitamin, a good protein shake, a decent diet, and exercise.

I've lost 45 lbs. of fat with that.

The only thing that seemed to help other than that, was a modified atkins type diet when I reached a weight loss plateau after losing the first 30 (the easiest).

Just watch the carbs, enjoy the protein, and watch the hidden sugars (like in fruits).

Wow thank you for your honesty. I will continue on then with my routine and still see results. I am worried about platoeing(spelled so wrong, I look like I never finished school) but will go to a more atkins friendly diet then when I do. I am now a member of the I lost more then 20 pounds club (21)to be exact, and I am extatic. Thank you all for your honesty and letting me know what you really think!
