What were your doses?

My doses were minimum. 250mg of each weekly.

i remember you said you ran a 9 month cycle yourself and had zero sperm count.. how did u recover? and what are your counts today?

I'm the opposite of his situation, I would love my sperm count to be zero.... so i am curious myself.

In the long term just use the OTC supps as mentioned but if ya wanna start producing sperm for a deadline then HCG or HMG should do the trick.

Yea, I dunno what to think about that, id say the mother has a lot more impact that some guy using AAS.
