Zero energy

I feel like sleeping for the rest of the day I can barely keep my eyes open. I got enough sleep last night. I just have 0.0 energy right now .. :(
 
Are you getting at least 8 hours a day sleep in? Whenever I don't get in a full 8, I don't hardly have any energy either.
 
Buy some L-Tyrosine powder next time and keep it with you, either at work, at home or both. A tablespoon with a little water and I feel wide awake again. A B-150 vitamin in the morning with my coffee seems to help too.

Are you looking for remedies.... or just want sympathy? :p

I got 4 hours sleep so stuff it big guy! lol... i still wasn't able to do all the nessesary research for my presentation tonight, oh well.

I'm stuck in a client's office in a dark hot room fixing a web application their ex employee left them with. It's quiet, warm, and dark. Plus I tore up my chest last night working out before bed I got 7 hours of sleep but I think i need another 4 or 5
 
I've never really been a health freak but have never liked/eaten much (if at all).

cake, cookies, candy bars, coffee, milk, bread(s).

When i've been overweight it's always been due to lack of activity + eating fast food and drinking soda. ;-)
 
lol Thermorexin helps me in the morn instead of coffee. Stim X makes me feel like a crack head. Mini thins work good if they have ephedra.....thats if you dont mind it.
 
I did/have :-) got some reduced fat triscuits to eat with my tuna/egg salad, I got whole wheat bread from my sandwhiches..
Typically i don't eat the bread, (my wife made it for me) but i did today ... energy is up just a little but still lethargic

Well good :) Carbs are not the enemy ... unless it's a box of Triscuits in my hands ... OMG I can put one down (box) easy :chomp:

Prolly from the intense chest workout :sleep2: Hope it gets better, I HATE that feeling ugh
 
Whenever I get low energy from a specific diet, I cycle in a high carb day or two (no fats - just cereals, bread rice) and take those days off training, then resume the diet and training once my energy levels pick back up. This also helps blast through training blocks where I don't seem to be able to lift heavier.

I gotta give my props to No-Xplode. It kicked me into gear when I got home and ready for my workout. That and my 3rd dose of dbol for the day. I can't wait until my Amplify o2 gets here. Supposedly it's far and away better than no-xplode, although I have to day no-xplode DOES work...
 
No-xplode does indeed. I've tried some of the "sample" packets :)

Let me know what you think of Amplify o2 when you've tried it a few times!

How many grams Carbs are you eating bro? and also important: WHEN?
 
eating about 150-200g of carbs a day in the morning up to the evening typically tapering down on volume of carbs. The majority of them come during my main day meal (lunchish), breakfast (cereal or oats), dinner, and Post workout shake. but I get carbs elsewhere as well
