Zantrax for weight loss, or energy at least?

Has anyone ever used it? I'm back at school after my break and i'm DYING i'm so tired and have so much homework. I get up at 5 am and by the time i'm done the homework its usually 8-9pm and my that point i wanna KO. Not trying to give a sob story but I also have a non serious auto immune disease called myosthenia gravis, and basically all it does is make you tired and serious muscle fatigue. I miss going to the gym but i'm almost falling alseep driving there and I'm like immune to :coffee: as i think most college students are, lol. Sorry for the complaining, but I need something for energy and speed is not an option, lol. If not zantrax, is there anything else out there that can give you at a little extra umph??

You can buy ephedrine hcl at most supplement stores or online - I bought mine at Nutrition House. It comes in 8mg tablets now, but some places still have the 25mg tabs behind the counter. Get the 25mg tabs if you can...less pills to take that way. You can find caffeine pills at almost any supplement store, drugstore, or online. :)

I'm in Ontario. Too cold for me, lol. Where abouts are you??

Oh, one question, is ephedrine as dangerous as ppl say? When I searched it all this heart attack stuff came up, lol.
 
The stories you hear about ephedrine are usually people who start loading it and then do stupid things like be overweight, run around on a football field during spring training in 90 degree heat. Just like any drug, there's always the chance that one person in a million is going to have some negative reaction to it, otherwise the rest of the affected people just abuse the stuff, e.g. more is better.

My one comment about ephedrine is that you need to be SURE you aren't loading it and also cycle off it every 6 weeks at least. And also watch yourself - if you are getting short of breath or just feeling shitty on it, just stop it. There are other non-ephedrine options. Just regular caffeine is one route - NoDoz. And also when you are in school, try to make time for decent exercise and at least catch up on sleep on the weekends. I know all about this - I finished a computer science masters (i.e. computer lab all night every night) while working full-time as a programmer (i.e. on teh computer at least 10 hrs / day just for work.) I tried makign time for training and even though I got a little more short on sleep, the sleep that i got was much better quality. Also if you are going to use ephedrine or some other stimulant, try to watch when you take it so it doesnt' f* up the sleep that you are able to get. Nothing worse than lying there at 3 am staring at the ceiling and being on the verge of tears because you finally got time to sleep and you can't.

Ephedrine is not dangerous as long as you use it properly and do not abuse it, and as long as you do not have any health issues or conditions. Start with less (1 dose a day) to assess your tolerance and how your body reacts to what you are taking, and increase the dosage when/if necessary. Listen to your body, and remember that more is not necessarily better.

LOL... isn't that the truth!!! Leave it to a few idiots to ruin something for the rest of us.
