we all talk so much about the things we are taking...

I'd love to see some people list their diet of supps...

what they take, how much of it, and at what times...
 
Present....

5gm of Creatine Clear upon waking (daily)
2 Lipokinetix pills 3x daily
Designer Whey 1 serving 2x daily
1 to 1.5 gallons of water daily
3mL of Kynoselen daily

BELL$
 
8am - two multies and antioxidant, shot of protien powder with oatmeal.

10am - creatine - 5-10gr

2:30pm - protein shake

8:30pm - 5- 10 gr creatine (post workout)

9:15pm - protein shake (12oz egg beaters, shot of p. powder, 1tbsp honey, ice)

L-glutamine before bed.

Also take flax when cutting.
 
5 g. creatine: post-workout (6 weeks on, 3 weeks off)
75 g. dextrose: post workout
100% gnc whey protein: post workout, last meal of day before bed
5 g. glutamine: postworkout and 5 more before bed
flaxseed oil: 2 tbsp daily
 
Multivitamin
1g Vitamin C
Flaxseed Oil
Tribulus
ZMA
GABA
Whey Protein
10g Creatine
1g Taurine
60mg Ginkgo extract w/Vinpocetine
150mg Green Tea Extract
 
Protein/MRP/Gainer (depending on cycle).
Creatine | ZMA | Dessicated liver.
MultiVit - 2/day | Vit C - 2g/day | Vit B - only when on creatine.
 
Since people have posted what they think works or not, i decided to post what supplements i do think work.

1. creatine (some see results immediately)
2. WPC/Dextrose (post work out 80g dextrose, 50g WPC)
3. Alpha Lipoic Acid (you'll feel immediately as well, it can be used as insulin potentiator, shuttles carbs into muscles, gives you pumps from full muscles at the gym, detoxifies liver and increases glutathione levels.)
4. B-50 twice daily (helps metabolize carbs, proteins, and fats.
5. BCAA's (w/ post workout shake for recovery, or before workout as anticatabolic).
6. Ginger or digestive enzymes (helps you metabolize much more protein than your stomach can)
7. Fiber (essential for detoxification of body and prevention of constipation from increased protein)
8. Selenium 200mcg, Vit.E 400u, Vit.C 1g (daily along w/ multivitamin)
9. Flax Seed Oil (opens receptors, detoxifies, has essential fatty acids, and numerous other things).
10. ZMA or simple zinc/magnesium pill (prevention of zinc depletion after intense workouts which will decrease testosterone levels)
11. N-Acetyl-Cysteine (will increase glutathione levels)
12. Glutamine (helps detoxify liver, adds to hypoglycemia allowing you to digest more protein, increases recovery rate, and is anticatabolic).
13. Cranberry pills (for kidneys and urinary tract, especially when taking creatine)
14. Milk Thistle Extract (protects your liver from alcohol, prohormones, gear, etc.)
15. Multivitamin/mineral (essential)
16. Tribulus and Maca (only good if you're old or coming off a cycle)
17. 1AD, my favorite prohormone thus far. Have made great gains on it so far. I'm on my 3rd week.
