Drug free, full body workouts low to medium rep range, 3x a week with big calorie surplus. For me, that's like building my base, then when I wanna look good I may cycle and do a 5 day body split in 12 rep range, clean up diet and push cardio.
I can't eat clean year around, just not for me. I've been very successful though at making body recomps with this style.
I like this. I recently did this. In 8 weeks I went from 205 to around 220. Strength went up, measurements went up. Then I lowered the BF% while mantaining the same weight by adding the cardio and lowering the caloric surplus. Now Ive been building from that with 531. I'm 230 now! I will probably utilize the fullbody routine twice a year.
