Arnold presses - sort of like dumbell press 'cept you start with your palms facing towards you about even with your chin. Press straight up and rotate your palms till they face outward at the top. I prefer behind the neck press for mass - works all three heads.
I thought behind the neck presses are bad for your rotator cuff...can someone clear that up? I used to do them , but now I only do in front of my face, same with lat pulldowns, never to the back, only to the front.
