Your favorite Delt exercise?

Definetely shoulder presses. I like Arnold Presses too but I just can't go as heavy as I can with just straight shoulder presses.
 
Arnold presses - sort of like dumbell press 'cept you start with your palms facing towards you about even with your chin. Press straight up and rotate your palms till they face outward at the top. I prefer behind the neck press for mass - works all three heads.
 
I thought behind the neck presses are bad for your rotator cuff...can someone clear that up? I used to do them , but now I only do in front of my face, same with lat pulldowns, never to the back, only to the front.

My Favorite Delt Exerciss

My current delt routine:

Hammer Strength Behind The Neck Presses 2 x 6-8 reps
Dumbbell Side Laterals 2 x 8-10
L-Flyes 2 x 10-15

I don't do any posterior delt exercises, heavy rowing and pulldowns take care of that.
